Yo, new to your channel. Cool vid. Not sure if youve done other souls games, seen challenge runs? But if this sorta thing interests you, people have done things like a run of dark souls 1 using only a bow but also aiming down the sights, so like youve done here but bit harder due to weapon limitation. This is my first souls game. I've heard of a challenge where someone completed all three soul games without dying in one go, that's the only challenge I know of. But those sound interesting, I might check it out and see if there's something that I could try. Thanks

The weapons do less damage if you don't meet the stat requirement. Holding a weapon with two hands raises your strength by 1.5x so that can help.
