- We took a family break to the North of Wales. Using Criccieth as a base, we see what there is to see and explore the Llŷn Peninsula stopping off at quaint little hamelets and beaches including Aberdaron, Morfa Nefyn and Trefor.

Hi, I'm Lora and as you'll probably guess from watching these videos, I'm a bit keen on travel! My goal here on this channel is to share the experiences I squeeze out of the time I have and, as you'll see, you don't always have to go too far from home! So please grab a coffee, take a 10 minute break, and join me and we'll go see what's out there to discover :)
The Pub on the beach is the Tycoch inn, you can walk along to the houses then the path goes behind right up to the headland, then back along the golf course, it's stunningly beatiful.
It looked stunning! Hoping to see it again some time soon
Love your video. I have wonderful memories of Wales since 1986 and 1987.
Thank you :) I haven't covered nearly enough of it! I'm sure I'll be back there soon to see more
You saw some wonderful places. We’re Welsh and love the Llyn Peninsula. Not been to Aberdaron. It looks beautiful. What a stunning beach. We love Porth Dinllaen. We’ve done a video from there ourselves. Nefyn too! Not been to Trefor, we must check that out. Cheers for sharing this. New subs here 🍻
Thanks for watching! We loved our visit there. Just watching your Wales Fail video and I'm loving the narration :') sub returned!
@@loraslostagain ah thank you. We look forward to checking out more of your content too. 🍻
Just returned from Crickhowell in Wales. Now I want explore more of it. I enjoyed your video and noted some of your locations.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm quite keen to see more of Wales so I might have to look into Crickhowell.
@@loraslostagain We have a campervan and stayed at the Riverside Caravan Park. The view from the campsite is stunning and there are some great walks along the River Usk and the canal above it.
Aberdaron is one of my all time favourite places. Did you not go right to the headland just ten minutes away overlooking Bardsey Island? Some of the best views in Wales up there yet nobody ever seems to go.
We didn't know to go there. I'll be going back at some point so I'll be sure to seek it out! Such a lovely little place.
@@loraslostagain you absolutely must should you go again. On a clear day you can see right into snowdonia as well as stunning clifftop views and walks.
NIce video.
Thanks :)
Ah you must tell us please, where this Lleyn Peninsular is please, But the places you showed on your nice vid, were actually in the "Llyn Peninsular" (the y should have a circumflex(but nobody writes it) ( ˆ ) over it, that changes the sound from y = ih (aprox) to an ee) I know you will not get it, never mind, but it changes the word from Llyn to more or less Lleen, there its been said, you should do more research, mistakes are a problem.
Hi, thank you for the comment. I do a little research but I also work and study full time so you'll have to forgive the human error. I do appreciate the information. I've updated the title accordingly. I loved my time in Wales, and I look forward to visiting again.
