    When they say enroll to further few courses will they allow you a study visa, so you can complete the subjects that the Board required ?

      Depends... student visa is another issue and it depends on the university's offer and country of passport in utilising the visa applications

    Hello sir , could you please inform me for the minimum requirements for Bachelor of Laws?
    I have 70% overall in my year 12 but im not too sure whether it is enough

      WOW!!! Personally, I think 70% is not enough though.... but for Legal professional, you need to have very very sharp logic and + your read and write skills need to be VERY GOOD....

    Can i get a graduate work stream visa after doing my practical legal training? Additionally, is it possible to do one year masters of law and practical legal training and get graduate work stream visa? I only ask because 99% of universities do not offer a 2 year masters of law and new requirements state that u need a 2 year masters to be eligible for a work permit

      oh! that depends on each state! best is to enquire your state law society or perhaps university law department should be able to answer that

      as long as you can be admitted as a Lawyer in the state you chosen, you should be able to migrate

    Hi, do you know if the applications for admission and the prerequisites for admission are the same across the country? Isn't it true that admission in one state will enable the successful applicant to be admitted / to qualify to apply for a Practising Certificate in other states? Thanks a lot.

      They are very very similar, I can’t say 100% but generally across all nation. Because some law are different. Eg. Property law.etc

      you can choose not to repeat, and not becoming law graduate

      @@ChannelAMECYes, they said that you need to have your overseas degree assessed in order to practice in Australia. After the assessment, the bar will inform you of the subjects you need to learn to be eligible.so how to assess an overseas degree?

    I am an Indian lawyer, done with my VLAB assessment and is asked to study all the Priestly '11 subjects followed by PLT of 12months. Howbeit, I am bewildered to opt for Visit Visa or Student Visa to do the needful, do I need to attempt for English Proficiency Test, kindly advice?

      ok~ you need to go through NSW supreme court to get admitted into NSW law society, once done that equate to Skill Assessment, then you can either 189 or 190 or 491 depends which option is open

      your prac law firm should be able to direct you, but if you do seek professional service on this, we may be able to facilitate with a service cost
