Kim, I was showing the video to my friend and has soon as he saw the feta cheese in the recipe he said he is going make the recipe. I never heard of a watermelon salad. I listen to the most interesting recipes on here
they fascinate me things I would never think to put together, but I’m not big eater I was one of those problem children that didn’t like anything. Of course my palette has matured by now. Lindy it’s so refreshing and the mint just gives it so much flavour! This was the first time I added the radish and I like it the most (usually I’ll add cucumber or strawberries).
