So pleased to see you include a tuna recipe. Canned fish is a great option for budget meals and has so much flavour and nutrition. It combines so well with tomatoes, onions, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, rice, celery... A really versatile ingredient.

These no-cook meals are genius, Julia! Here in Mississippi it has been over 100 every day for the past week. It has been hard trying to find dinner ideas that don't heat up the house. Plus, when it's so hot outside we really don't want to eat HOT FOOD! We did a chicken salad similar to yours and stuffed it in homegrown tomatoes! Perfect! Can't wait for your cookbook! Thanks for all of your hard work bringing us practical and delicious meal ideas!

I grew up in a house where supper had to be served hot, these were all considered lunch foods, not supper foods. But heating up leftovers in the microwave work for a "hot" meal. Leftovers are the best
