- Hey there Lemon Heads! Join Don at 5pm ET to discuss all of today’s major news stories. Tonight, Don is joined by the founder of Hollywood Unlocked, Jason Lee. They’ll break down the latest lawsuit against disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.
I was a LOYAL viewer of Don's while on CNN. I haven't watched it much after he left. Found the live streams and LUV IT! Now I'm realizing I'm just a Don Lemon fan! I feel like in the podcast space he can really be himself, he's still Don but has more flexibility.
Regardless of what anyone thinks of her personally, I remember Oprah saying she was fired from her news job, but the job she took after that was where she had no script and could say what she wanted, and that was the beginning of her finding her own voice which inspired her to reach the level of success she reached.
I hope this space allows Don to discover new ways to reach the world and opens up opportunities beyond what he could have ever imagined!

As someone that was victimized. You have no idea how it feels. It's horrible. And very scary. To speak up. It took me months to report it. My own husband didn't want me too. But it's a relief. Like the weight is lifted off your shoulders. What happened to me was 20 years ago. Things were different then today. Today. I wouldn't hesitate.

Yes, things are different now then they were when I was a child as well. I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s. When I was coming up going through my sexual abuse everyone wanted to keep it quiet, or act as if they didn’t believe me. Casey is a win for me. ❤🙏🏽

Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy, created a situation where he allegedly harmed someone. It is curious that people remained silent about the incident until video evidence surfaced. Furthermore, Combs had hosted many people at his house during the incident.

Why is this guy questioning the woman’s credibility? Have we not seen this enough where a powerful man in the entertainment industry has had numerous instances of accusers filing lawsuits (Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, Russell Simmons, etc.) This is a pattern with these men, especially during the time when the culture was different and men thought they were entitled to treat women in the industry however they wanted to. Why is this guy so surprised that there are multiple lawsuits from people who finally feel safe to step forward because other women (and men) helped them gain the courage to speak out by saying something first. Are people going to do this to every person who files a lawsuit or are they going to realize that this is a pattern of abuse for Diddy. If he did it to one, two, ten women, why do people continue to doubt the women coming forward? What exactly do they get out of the deal besides the entire world trashing their name? Is that really worth the tiny bit of money they may get out of it?
