I upgraded the front low beams 9006 bulbs to 600K LEDs from Beamtech, purchased on Amazon, a couple of years ago on my 99’ Land Cruiser and love them. I used the Zoncar 9006 6000K LEDs for the fog lights. I also upgraded the interior bulbs to 194 LEDs and love the brightened look of the interior.
That is awesome! I am actually kinda surprised how well these bulbs are functioning. We went off-roading a few weeks back and the fogs got submerged in mud and water several times that day after a pressure wash and long drive home we had zero issues with these bulbs and the fogs were caked in mud and still ran with no issue!
@@KRTLyfedid you swap out the dlr light as well? And the other light on the side of the headlight? Or did you leave those as-is. Just installed mine and they look great.
Thanks for the video. A few questions please. Did you use the 9006 for the high beams too, rather than 9005's? Do your Daytime Running Lights still work? Also, did you use the Sealight 6000k bulbs for the high beams or low beams?
Sorry for the late reply, I used the 9006 for the low beams. I did not change my High beams out but now that you mention it I probably will. Yes my DRL still work, I believe that is a different bulb. I used 6k on the low beams and changed my fogs to 3500k or something similar. I can’t remember off the top of my head.
What's the scatter like - will it keep within the OEM standards? Would rather struggle to see where I'm going than blind those coming towards me - at least I'm in control of what I struggle to see.
To my highly trained unskilled eye, it is well with in OEM tolerances. As long as you position the bulbs properly you should be gold. There is a little screw inside the body of the bulb so you change the orientation. This video explains it much better than I can. ua-cam.com/video/nnD_sDWNjEw/v-deo.html
Thank you for this! Just got my LC 100 last night. Will be buying these tonight.
Awesome hope you like them or they at least work for you until you get some really nice lights!

Do you know if I could use these for my 01 LX?
I’m not 100 percent sure, I think the LX uses HIDs. Check IH8MUD I’m sure you can find the answer there.
@KRT LYFE thank you sir!
Hard to believe that it's been a year since the GX went down.
I know, crazy how much life can change in a year SMH.
Which is which? I only need the low beams…
Sorry for the delayed response. 9006 is your low beam and fog. I went with 3K (color) for my fogs 6k(color) for my low beam.
How many miles does the Land Cruiser have ?
Just hit 401000 the other day!
Thank bro
Thank you for watching we sincerely appreciate it!
They are really really good ! Lol
Yes they are we are still very happy with these bulbs. Almost unbelievable to have zero issues with such an affordable bulb.
