I'm trying to 5 star Galvanize on Expert together with a friend on the same controller, he's on crossfade/effects dial/euphoria duty and I'm on turntable duty. Considering we couldn't hold a multiplier for long enough if our lives depended on it, what special deck would you recommend to make this easier on us? It's sort of one of the few last mixes left to platinum the game, so I'm really trying everything here. We reach 3 stars on a good day, usually.
Hmm, that's a tough one! I'd probably say either Euphoria or Rewind. Euphoria would give you more points for a longer time (assuming you can hit the Euphoria sections), but the Rewind deck is completely busted if you're able to hold combo. Based on what you've described I'd probably pick the Euphoria deck and practice those sections so you can increase your score :)

Just bought this game off of craigslist and it's really cool! Though scratching seems kinda iffy to me I wonder if I'm just terrible or if the set is defective.
I can one-hand them but using two is just so much more reliable for me, I hit them 9 times out of 10 with two (unless the turntable stuffs up on me and overtaps)

I think it depends, yeah. I render some of my easier FCs in 720p30 just because it takes a lot less time which is why the quality varies
