This is great, a wonderful home and a wonderful tour. I am in the Pacific Northwest and have a nice wooded parcel and currently planning my design. I will also do a a walkout basement and place a modular home on top. I like how the floor joist sit on top of the foundation wall (versus using hangers) to maximize the height in the bsmt space.
My parcel has a slope so this bsmt design works well; and I really like being able to utilize the basement for the most efficient and cost effective design. Enjoy your new home!

Loved the video, loved the home. A couple of suggestions, please. Give us a price, even if you need to say that changes, etc. can change the price. Maybe, as the home was seen at the date shown, this would be the cost. Also, how far from the plant do you deliver? Such as, I live in Erie, Pa., but I do like the plans, the setup, features, etc. Thank you

We can deliver factory direct to Erie! See our factory direct videos for more info on that, but the price would be $150/sf for first floor and loft finished from the factory. Give us a call! 716-313-2714

    The floors don’t match…looks cheap

Everyone is on a budget, the question is what's your budget and what can you do now versus later? How would you finish this home if it was yours?

@@Buffalomodular I understand budgeting but to think I’d spend that much on a new Modular but not have enough for the flooring to match is like saying I can afford a Ferrari but not the fuel that it takes…bad argument.

@@doubleomega52381 to each their own. A lot of times people will go with lower-end stuff at first and slowly upgrade over time.

@@doubleomega52381 ur being too picky on something that isnt yours! prolly cheaper later on down the road to redo the flooring then it was the composite decking which costs alot more... they picked what they chose n valued more now then the future! i think they chose the right path!

      Entirely missing the point.
*it was their choice* to decide where to spend their money. You spend your money your way.
