Slip Bag Nostalgia

There is smething hypnotic about training on the slip bag. I remember the firs time Cus introduced me to it back training in the Catskills gym. I spent hours the first day perfecting my movement, trying to feel the presence of the bag and anticipating its movements. To this day l know the timing of the swing like the back of my hand.
