What an absolutely wonderful video. That you for making this video as I think Valdese is one of the best places on earth. I grew up in the community of Bridgeport just out of town, graduating Drexel High School. Valdese holds a very special place, mostly because of the wonderful people.

Burke is so big it's like mountains and foothills... From the top your at Linville and Grandfather on the bottom South Mountains a lot of beautiful waterfalls

so nice to see videos of places that feel happy and alive, pandemic or no. Not all of America is going downhill! I also note over the years that I can tell if someone is a real Christian too. They are happier in a certain radiant way. ALSO, Glen, I have noticed that if one is a Saved person and living the life Jesus wants for that person, strangers that you meet seem to show their best happiest sides to you!
We just stopped at the Myra's ice cream/hamburger/hotdog restaurant after we had been to the McGalliard Falls Park - we drove up from Cleveland county !
Do you know if that Toy place has a web presence? I'm always on the lookout for 1/10th and 1/24th scale figures I can use with my RC trucks. I have a large collection of scale items I use to set up scenes to photograph. It's difficult finding "normal" looking scale people. It's easy to find superheros, cartoon characters, wrestlers, etc. But they don't fit well in scale camp scenes.
