Having a almost 2 yr. old St. Berdoodle myself I also commend the parents on Brock's coat. My boy requires daily brushing and his coat is not as long ,but knew the face immediately. My guy also hates me doing the paws, he pulls exactly the same.
My brain went to Irish wolfhound doodle only because I've never seen a St Bernard with that type of coloration. aside from the mischief with the paw treatments he was definitely a unicorn doodle. thank you SO much for the video. Hope the rest of your week is filled with positive vibes and decent weather.
SAME! When she said St Bernard, my jaw dropped. I just knew he was some sort of wolfhound doodle. But holy mackerel, he's gorgeous and with a gorgeous demeanor to match! I'm absolutely in love with this good boi.
My first thought too, especially the face. But then I had doubts when I saw the length of his coat, I'm not sure mixing a doodle would lengthen the coat this much. His size/proportion made me doubt a little too, when sitting next to Vanessa, but I thought it was possible. I'm impressed how he seems to have kept the doodle body without gaining much bulk from the Saint B.
too small, Vanessa is a tiny human and irish wolfhounds are one of the tallest breeds in the world. Was my initial guess, too, but it couldn't physically be an adult one.
I love seeing this. We have a bernedoodle who we keep long but we are very dedicated to keeping him brushed and mat free. The groomers always compliment us about it. I feel like if you’re going to get the dog with a difficult coat, you need to be prepared to take care of it.
I have a 5 month old Bernedoodle puppy and we have brushed him every night since we got him. I want him to be used to it and love it (or at least tolerate it).
@@onedaysai0 And that's exactly what will most likely happen, my own pup Connie starts booping her brush box because it's time for her to be groomed according to her, lol. She especially loves getting tummy rubs with the brush.
Yes, exactly, same for mine! I don't understand how some people want certain breeds and don't do the research behidn the care, temperament, training, etc. I knew grooming was going to be a lot for my doodle and I knew training was going to have to be stressed from day 1.
I call those 'poodle eyes'. When I saw them I immediately knew he had some poodle in him. They just have such a unique way that they gaze at things, as if they're pondering everything they see.
@@GrammerPancreas They've definitely got a different way of looking at (and thinking about) things. I personally think the dog intelligence tests underestimate them because their personality doesn't click with the testing methodology.
Haha! When Vanessa tried grooming his feet the real Doodle stood up and said “Oh No You Won’t!” Yoink! Lol. My doodle does the same. Silly Brock. You are a handsome, wise-looking dog.
I had to go through a rigorous routine to get my pup-a-doodle Connie to tolerate her feet being handled, we got there in the end...eventually...thankfully.
We had a black miniature poodle that we lost to cancer 1 year ago after only 10yo still miss her terribly, she was so intelligent and loving just so full of fun 😢
So Sorry. Never had real pets like dogs. But know lots of people who still grieve for their pets after many years; one woman spent a fortune on one of her sick dogs. I realized just how profound the relationship can be. It seems, they are humans with four legs to us humans.
I thought he had Saint Bernard in him! Although my guess was some sort of wolfhound mixed with saint Bernard, I never could have guessed he was a doodle. Amazing groom as always!
What a beautiful, well cared for and behaved Brock. I did giggle at the end, when he had tickly feet though. My late long haired GSD was so well behaved and would go to sleep on the table - till his tickly feet needed done 🤗
... and along his family tree lines, maybe somewhere afar off a likeness of some Griffon Vendéen, not so much for his size, but for his expressions, moves and manners, reminding me of such breed we lived with long ago. Always nice to see your fresh kindness and dogs-adjusted actions toward all our furry best friends. Thank you and wish you good health and success, and many happy years for you with your own little ones too.
Omg Vanessa--Thank you for acknowledging (ok, alluding to..) the stress, anxiety, and anguish of Doodle parenting! Not an hour goes by when I do not worry, feel guilty, inadequate, hopeless, or afraid when it comes to brushing one or the other of my two Australian Labradoodles (aka, wild animals in teddy bear outfits), so thank you for knowing that we are out there. Ok, gotta go brush my dogs--cheers!
He's so cute!! Omg he was doing so well then you touched his paws and he went no no nooooo. The light head taps at 3:20 were so cute!! What a very good boy! And he looks so majestic afterwards. I love him
Such a beautiful dog. The intelligence and soul in his eyes is almost overwhelming. You can tell straight away he is kind and gentle and trustworthy. Adorable! What a friend. 😀😊😆😙❤💕
Brock is SO handsome! What a beautiful coat, and congratulations to his parents for the amazing job on the upkeep he must require. I am sure Brock is well worth it.
Stberndoodle, neighbor has one, lanky, head of a calf, sorry ugly, they rarely brush him and aggressive to poodles and some kids, son can't walk him, sad!
@dottyk1637 Canines have individual characters regardless of breeding. The poodle breed can be aggressive just like any breed. It is sad that the owners and the canine you are speaking of are having a difficult time. While it is a good thing that we can express our opinion (head of a calf), it would be good if we can end on a positive or encouraging note. Hopefully this family and their pet will transition into a happy, peaceful existence.
What a great combination of breeds. He is absolutely beautiful. His coat was blowing so gorgeous while you were drying him. His parents do an amazing job of caring for him. You did a marvelous job on his grooming also Vanessa. Thank you for sharing. 🙏🏽🥰🥰❤️
Gold star well earned, way to go mom and dad doodle!! That was a lot of work for you and he was way bigger than you are, GREAT JOB -- as always!! Thanks for sharing the smiles!
A Saint Bernoodle
HAHAHAHHAHAHA
Welp, that has to be the official name, now.
I thought she said "Boodle", but I like yours better.
That's better than Poonard
I love it! ♥
He looks like a wise old man that would give you cryptic advice on an adventure
Yes, a sage 😂
I thought the same thing lol. His face almost looks human.
He looks like Jeff Bridges, actually.
He looks like he should be in a Muppet movie.

Does the St Bernard drooling happen ? or is it bred out with the doodle ?
Vanessa: We're standing.
Brock: *sits down*
Vanessa: We're sitting.
Rollin with the Punches
😂😂😂😂😂
He looks like the dog from fraggle rock!
He has such beautiful fur, so curly!
Sprocket!
I’m 39 and both my kids were addicted to fraggle rock when they were young lol. That was my shit when I was a kid!
He sure does look like Sprocket!!! I loved that show! I secretly always wanted a Doozer!
Fraggle.
YES!!!
He’s a real eye stopper, beautiful dog, beautiful coat.
The first thing I thought when I saw him was SASQUATCH
WE KNOW YOUR LEGEND'S REEAAAALLL
THAT's IT!
Or a Wookie!
Chewy Chewbacca
A Snasbernoodle?

That was my guess as well!
My guess too- the face.

His eyes are sooo expressive, that face.
I thought Irish wolfhound he's just beautiful and so pleasant
My guess, too.
too small, Vanessa is a tiny human and irish wolfhounds are one of the tallest breeds in the world. Was my initial guess, too, but it couldn't physically be an adult one.
As a Wolfhound owner - perhaps the colouring but other than that - it’s no WH
Yeah, the colouring and face had me wondering about a wolfhound/poodle cross - poodle for the size, etc. Saint Bernard is interesting!
I was thinking Irish wolfhound mix, too

I just LOVE his "Old man look"😂😂
There's nothing better than a big dog with a calm and friendly temperament. Wish all big dogs were that way.
So much emotion and intelligence from his gaze alone!!!
What a wonderful boy

Look how looks at you so trusting and loving when you wash his face! So sweet!
Brock looks like he's a wise old soul. He's a handsome fella, love the curl.
„Tangle-free wonder“ - he is absolutely majestic! And high praise from you for the owners 😅
My goodness, what an absolutely beautiful dog! You can tell that he has the best parents because he looks so happy and healthy! 🩷
That face. Those expressive eyes. The eyebrows that go up. I cannot with this one. He is too cute!!!😍😍😍😍😍
He is such a good boy.
Outstanding job from the Owners.
He's so fluffy I'm gonna die!!!
looks like a Irish wolfhound crossed with a Norwegian water dog
An old soul.. That face just draws you in..I'm moved, aww!
He is a really huge fellow, glad his owners maintain him so well. He turned out beautiful.
Hats off to the parents of this most beautiful boi! You have certainly raised the bar for doodle parents everywhere.

I’m guessing Schnauzer and Irish Wolf Hound mix 😊
I was WAY off lol😂
That is what I thought as well. 😊
My first guess had wolf hound in it too.
Thought the same thing.
I have a salt and pepper giant schnauzer, she has a similar coat but it's medium length
same, or scottish deerhound mix. The colours tricked me!
We had a black miniature poodle that we lost to cancer 1 year ago after only 10yo still miss her terribly, she was so intelligent and loving just so full of fun 😢

I say this sweet pup is part wookie with a touch of schnauzer. 😉
Wookie is a good guess! 😂
I was gonna comment but it was already said. That's not a doodle, that's a wookie lol

I’ve never seen anything like it, and I couldn’t believe his demeanor! What a good boy, and so what he doesn’t like his feet touched. Amazing😊
He doesn't like his feet touched, but shows it in a completely non-aggressive way. Amazingly sweet and well-mannered good boy.
whatever else he is, he DEFINITELY is a good boy!
As usual, great job making him look so darn stunning 🤩 He is so well mannered & obviously well cared for & loved 🥰👵🏻👩🌾❣️
Brock’s eyes are so intelligent. He’s a good, good boy. 💕
The Best-est !!
What a handsome gentleman 😍 Love his eye brows and how he works them!
He reminds me so much of a favorite bartender. I can see Brock in a vest mixing up martinis.
He is absolutely lovely-well done to his hooman helpers for allowing him to experience life without being terrified xxxx
I love when Vanessa does the face massage on any dog, they all look like they are saying "Oh yeah! 🤪😁"
Brock is a beauty with the SWEETEST disposition ! The way he looked at you while you were grooming him....❤❤❤❤❤❤
That was soooooo cute. I wanted to go thru the screen and give him a kiss!

Brock is so sweet and so well mannered! Also, I had no idea what his breed was until you said it. My mouth physically dropped.
What a gentleman dog! He was so calm and happy looking!
0:01 I'm gonna go with Giant Schnauzer, Sheep Dog, Irish Wolf Hound.
He's the cutest those eyebrows are on point
He is super cute that’s all that matters
Indeed! Growing up we had Huskies and the breeder we got them from would not sell to people who asked for a specific color type such as red.
Wow he's so handsome and seems to be very loved kind boi his parents are very loving to him aww
I am so glad such a wonderful dog ended up with such wonderful owners! You can tell he is loved and cared for in his temperament and his coat. ⭐️
Yes! Everything could have gone so pear-shaped if the owners were not so conscientious about caring for Brock.
