I have this UDI RC boat and the the beeping on this one could mean 3 things. battery low voltage for remote or boat. Also range was the other issue that makes the transmitter beep if its too far.

I bought the same boat about 6 months ago for $30 on eBay. It's weird how the price of some of these go UP over time. Like the WL toys 12428 buggy. It is a great starter boat though so it's good you guys did a review👍. Battery is the weak point.

I put a brushless in mine from a small eflight plane that i crashed. It took little work to get it to fit but a cool upgrade if you have the stuff laying around.
I have that exact same boat, but it is the orange version. I absolutely love it.

Sometimes even a new battery can be bad. I used to own a electronics business and have a commercial grade battery tester, really comes in handy.
I got that one for Christmas it’s SO FUN! I love chasing ducks with it lol

All the UDI boats have a low batt alarm that goes off way too soon. I have this one and a few others and I just take the back off the transmitter and cut the buzzer wires. The boat starts to slow long before it cuts out so you can bring it in before it dies. The beeps also give range warning and pairing confirmation but you can live without those. It is a great boat though and spares are available if you need them.
Abbie I agree I was wondering what that thing was that Nate was using to control the boat,glat for the label that says transmitter on it, I to am a proyvayer of the art of SMARTY PANTS haha. Good to see baby Saylor she's a little doll.

Love your channel, watch it all the time. You might want to tell your viewers that when they click the link to see this boat that they realize the price shown is not in us dollars. I almost freaked but then saw the DKR next to the price. Maybe bang good should list Us dollars next to the price shown. When it comes to the poor man rc stuff you don't want to scare them..
Main reason why it turns better to one side, is not so much because of the weight. It has to do with the prop torque :)
Nice looking, runs fast enough. Have you checked out another side of the pond❔.Looks cleaner over to the left of you. If that bass🐟 had been bigger🐬 you might be minus one viper.😆😆. 👍review.
Lol yeah, but if we would have caught that on video it would have been amazing!!! The other side if the pond sadly is pretty tall by the bank so it's hard to get the boats in and out there. Thanks for stopping by my friend 👍😃⚓

the reason boats turn better one way than the other is the torque of the prop and the direction it turns

In nesting season, if the bass was big enough, it'd eat that little boat in one gulp just to protect their nest. Bass have been caught with baby crocodiles in their digestive track. They'll eat anything they can fit in their giant mouths. Even baby ducklings and gosslings.
Hey friends!😉⚓ Great boat & speed for price point! The early low-battery beeps indicator is kinda strange and not very useful. Might need to clock a full run-time and use a stopwatch alarm...🤔 Great review as always!👏⚓💯 Loved the fish & the cool way the boat went through the pollen on the ponds surface, too! Take care! JP❤
It is an alarm for kids to tell them not to play in the middle of the pond for much longer because the battery is dying 😅

under the top cover what is that plug on the top left at the back looks like a power adapter sticking straight up
If you have multiple boats with that type connector, why not buy some connectors & make your own jumper to interface with a more common battery connector?

I wonder if it would take a 3S Lipo I got one coming tomorrow from Amazon the same boat you UDI001 i’m gonna put mine brushless but I wonder if that motor could take a 3S Lipo i’m gonna try it tomorrow if it burned up the motor I don’t mind because I’m putting it brushes anyways I wonder if I can take the cooling system off of the motor and put it on my brushless motor is there a metal pipe around the motor to keep it cool because I’ve seen some on Amazon that are copper
