How to make trim around car head unit | Car TRIM interior made CHEAP and EASY

1: You need a multicutter.
2: Sandpaper.
3: Plastic wood putty.
4: Primer / Paint / Clear coat.

So when you change your battery and the timer for the smaller unit resets, how do you set the time and date?
How do i operate the smaller unit to set up some basic car parameters like "Guide me Home" or "Permanent Boot Locking"

I still have the old head unit and I just change the plug.

That is also why, don't cut the wires, just buy an adapter (it's like 5 dollars on alixpress).
I do not have:
"Guide me Home" or "Permanent Boot Locking"
But could live without it if I had :)
I can still control AC and etc. on the unit under.
