I have my own theory on why the landlord won't let Russ renew his lease. Reason being I'd likely never invest in a business that requires foot traffic. Someone could get cough cough "jealous" and decided they wanna make it difficult for you to continue to scale. Cough Cough...yeah

Edit: back in 2017 the landlord of the parkour gym I worked for decided not to renew our lease. That place was the center of the parkour community in Colorado. In Boulder it was like a church/frat/community center all in one. We are still reeling from its loss
