Thank you so much for making this video, it's so great to see Crumpleton still getting so much love! 🥰 I didn't have a YT channel at the time so I never gave it a world overview. You picked up on so many details and I really appreciate it. You were correct on suspecting I made the world for myself, it was my ALL THE THINGS world! It should have one of everything: every spawner, every rabbithole, even dragon eggs! But I was conscious of how I could share it as I worked on it. There are actually a few different versions of the world, including a populated version and one with limited Store content, for those looking for that. It's intended to be a British countryside village/town, definitely where the Crumplebottom family got their name! Henford before Henford was a thing. Some of the sections and buildings are inspired by real life places such as Sandringham army base, Pinewood Studios, Bramhall Park and Oxford Library. I was using mods at the time, such as Zerbu's active careers mod, which is why there are buildings like the science facility and GP surgery. And I had made some career mods such as a Vicar and Librarian career so Vincentio Pantalone could actually work at the church and Beatrice Crumplebottom could work at the Library! And yes, I basically just simnapped all my favourite buildings and premade Sims and relocated them to this world. 😂 A couple if things to explore... it's worth keeping an eye on that field next to the caravan park and the Greenhouse because they change with the season. 🤩 And be careful about knocking on doors when exploring the graveyard! 🤫👀 I'm so happy you are enjoying the world, thank you so much for making this video, super nostalgic for me, it made my day! 😊💚
Wow I love these details they are so incredible 😄 glad I could make this as it definitely deserves more attention as it's genuinely my favourite world 🥰 I even prefer it by far to any of the EA made worlds
@@nessiepenguin The problem in TS3 was that we were limited to 1 world at a time so it was hard to fit everything in. My first attempt was recreating Sunset Valley and giving it more space. Then my second attempt was a HUGE world but it was super laggy. I was really happy with this one... but then Sims 4 came out and stole my heart! 😅 I didn't think I was even going to like it!
Love this! She does have a lot of items I don't, however. It might be nice to download it anyway and save some of her original lots that do have things I have and use them in another world. Thanks for the tour.
She has made an incredible world 🤩 I agree lots and lots of store content but that's a great idea to take some of the lots from it, they are all super creative!
