I truly appreciate your teaching method; It's both unique and inspiring. Your narrative style - how you explain and describe the concepts - is exceptional. Your lessons are particularly motivating and inspire me to learn more!
Hi Harry , Funny words a bird-of-prey like " Culture Vulture " and , a " Couch Potato " , and excellent explanation ! 👍 Yesterday , I was a couch potato , eating away " Dutch Stroopwafel cookies " and reading (and e-reading too ) an absorbing thick book , a page-turner about 450 pages ; Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte , and maybe you know that book ? As a Dutchman , I often wonder , because the book was first printed in or about 1847 , if I can use the words and phrases from that book in nowadays daily English ? ( It seems to me I can , actually , it s not so old- fashioned English and out - of- use , is it ? ) Greetings from the Netherlands , and thanks a lot for this rewarding and fruitful video .
Weekend (singular) refers to one specific weekend I’m busy this weekend. Weekends (plural) means on multiple weekends or generally on weekends I work on weekends. Hope it helps
You're amazing teacher 👏 But you know what is missed? I encourage you to provide a worksheet that has this information so that we could keep it easily. Thank you for your help.
