A lot of people have said that I never change. Well, the honest truth is that I've been enjoying maintaining my physique. I don't compete and quite frankly the size I'm at now is great. Certainly above average and I'm proud of my progress. Also, 10 years ago I had all the time in the world to dedicate to training and that is when I saw the most growth. But in order to build a business around what I love doing, my overall workout volume and intensity suffered. I know I could have JUICED UP to make up for the difference, but that's not my style. Let me also add that because of that decision I am now 35yrs old, have zero health complications and know that as I continue to make more gains, I will keep those as well. So where does all this begin? Well, over the course of the next several months I plan on bringing you all along for the ride and today starts with GROCERY SHOPPING. I'm going to show you guys what I buy, where I buy it and what I buy in bulk. No cooking today though, that will be in the next one most likely. As for workouts, those are still in the progress as well. But expect to see some Nuclei Overload Training combined with Full Body Workouts. I'm going to take my body to the next level and not because I want to prove to the haters that I can, but because I WANT to do it. Goals can stem from frustration and anger and that was a big driving force in my youth. But I have a great life, and amazing community that supports me (all of you) and these gains are going to be happy gains. NOW LET'S GET STAHHHTED!
The only people that say that are people who watch drug addicts like Larry Wheels and Rich Piano, destroying their health with drugs and steroids and that's not what fitness is about. If you're that obsessed with getting big to where you'd destroy your health, then you should just stop lifting. Props for staying natural man.
Best of luck for this bulk! And good looking out on the nuclei overload, it definitely works! I've done it inadvertently with my biceps and it wielded some insane results that are also extremely long lasting.
@@ScottHermanFitness Basically did high volume high intensity training for my biceps everyday for 3 years back when I had absolutely no knowledge about recovery or maximum recoverable volume. It could have been disastrous and lead to injury but in my case it just resulted in comically over-sized biceps lol. To this day I'm just working on having my triceps catch up, and I haven't lost any bicep size even when cutting down massively on volume; that's how effective nuclei overload is. I have no doubt that with your training knowledge you will be able to acquire good hypertrophy gains with less dangerous methods and with half the time.

I also want to start bulking now too and had a question about traps. I'm going to hit them twice a week, would you recommend doing 5x5 above the knee rackpulls and 4x12 upright rows twice a week... I have been bulking for 3 months and I am currently 189 pounds and my Goal was 196 pounds but I'm looking to cut soon as I think it will take me another 2/3 Months to hit that Target and summer will nearly be here so will need to start cutting 😯

I lost 7kg since 25 XII 2019 when I started keto. Lost about 1-2 cm in biceps and chest. Worked for me but we are all different so...
