I’m not a parent but your experience of being in a funk sounds really similar to what I know other moms experience. Feeling stir crazy, tired, bored, frustrated, etc all at once. Being a mother I think really causes you to lose part of your identity and I do think a change can help you. I really hope you enjoy your vacation! I think your feelings of uncertainty are really relatable. I’m not a mother but I do have a sleep disorder and I relate to feeling exhausted literally every second of the day. Give yourself credit for all the work you do! Anxiety also really messes with sleep quality and it’s just all around a bad cycle that feels really difficult to get out of. You and your husband both work so hard and provide such a wonderful life for your kids. Moving away out of state is scary no matter who you are, anxiety or not. Remember to not put so much unhealthy pressure on yourself. Also these are exhausting times no matter who you are.

Ah girl thank you 😊 you know the weather brings anyone down. I feel like he's right....if I'm going to be anxious....do it where it's warm & sunny 🌞 ☀️ 😎 lol ❤️ I also think all I had going on hormonally has alot to do with it too. Pregnancy worked so well for me emotionally (it's afterwards that I struggle lol) so Pregnancy may do me some good too lol

i'm definitely in a different stage of life but i can totally relate to feeling like you're in a place of uncertainty! I'm 25 and I'm still living at home with my family; I have a full-time job and for the last year and a half or so I've been focusing on saving up enough money to move out on my own but in the meantime I feel like I'm in this weird sort of space where my life feels like it's on pause or auto-pilot until I can actually make that happen. I joke a lot that it feels like every day is ground hog day, but it's true! 'm not unhappy by any means and I'm content to stay at home until the time is right to move out but it's still put me in a weird funk that's hard to pinpoint. Hopefully that helps you feel less alone even though we're in different situations!

Living with anxiety I know that my brain always wants to feel safe, so that's also what happens when I want change...I want change but my brain wants comfort and panics...does that make sense? 😂
It's hard to move from a house to another let alone to a new town.
I think you should stop stressing about the podcast and only do it when you feel like it, because that's when it will turn out the best. I feel like you have little to no time to yourself and that's why the podcast seems like a chore. When your heart and mind will be lighter, the videos will come up easier.
And the winter definetely has something to do with anxiety cause I feel shittier than ever. You are not alone and it seems that I'm not either...so thank you for putting yourself out there so all of us feel less alone.
    I'm such a rambler, sorry 😂

I feel the being in a funk. Sometimes with me it's feeling like something has no end or no beginning so I just feel stuck? I don't relate necessarily with having kids because I'm in my 20s, but the anxiety part I totally understand! I love these talk type videos and would love to hear more from you on any topic really ❤

I’d say don’t overthink it too much. At one point get going with content and on what channel you like. Personally i think/feel that doing recipes is something you do fun and relaxing. Maybe you could try that route? I think the beauty of youtube is that you can make what you want. Thats the most important! Hugs R.C

You could try taking vitamin D supplements, I’m tired a lot of the time and I’ve been considering it! ❤️

I know exactly how you feel. Hypochondria is a rotten thing to have to deal with just broke my femur thought I had a blood clot and called 911 for them to tell me I'm dramatic basically lol. Anxiety and panic attacks are horrible because you feel like what if I have one and can't control it or myself which causes you to have one. After having one your thought is always "oh god when's the next one coming?" If you're in a car you can always pull over and stop and walk and breathe deeply. The "blah" feeling is very common with anxiety when most of your day is full of worry and stress you're going to feel fried and like you havent had a moment of clarity in 10 years. I live in Chicago and I want to move south too. Always cold, everythings expensive, and every neighborhood is a dumpster fire at this point. But I'm too anxious to leave because it's where everyone I know is. Its scary to move away from home but if I get pregnant I'm outta here. Do what's best for you and your family. And if you get down there and you think wow I actually dont like it here. No ones forcing you to go. Also a bonus to living in a warm state everyone will want to come visit often! So you won't be alone as often as you think.

That makes me sad that you've always hated where you live, I didn't realize that. Seems like you have a lovely home. Try to keep in mind that the grass is not always greener on the other side. I hope you find happiness no matter where you end up. 💚

Please get your vitamin D checked, your hormones levels checked, and get a sleep study. It will give you peace of mind.

Yes!!!!! My hormones are all out of wack from being on & off the pill & then my already flucating hormones. I think I want to try a holistic Dr....a friend of mine takes her autistic son to him & he sees everyone from kids to women who struggle to get pregnant. I think running the tests would help:) thank you 😊 🙏

I think you could use this channel for both asmr and your motherhood podcast / videos. The only issue is you’d be inviting more people into your asmr world and you previously stated you didn’t want to do that. But you could still upload regular asmr content and then do “motherhood mondays” (Or whatever), and it could be regular speaking voice. Those who don’t want to watch won’t and vice versa. I think it would be the best as far as reaching an audience as you already have a following here
