For a picky eater, that is a lunch filled with food that picky eaters generally dislike, I'd say, quite the surprise! Eggs, mushrooms, salmon, random sauces, salad... Or maybe just me who hates all but the eggs! And marmite too?! Crazy stuff, I thought you were one of us.

I love the random camera angles. They just add a bit of honesty and they make me laugh
for a picky eater, your meals are surprisingly balanced and have things that other picky eaters wouldn't eat. i was impressed until i remembered that you ate the same things every single day. i can see the comfort in knowing exactly what you are going to have (taste, color, textures, etc.) but i cannot even imagine doing that myself. i am a fussy eater in the sense that i abhor leftovers or eating similar meals too often. diagnose me how you like but i cannot even eat the same snacks too often

Same lol I literally feel sick most times thinking of leftovers or having the same meal again the next day for some reason, so I just try to only make enough for the one meal 😅 snacks can differ from meals. I sometimes have the same snack for two weeks straight and then I want nothing to do with it until it inevitably becomes my fave snack a year later for another two weeks 🤷

Mad respect to Ciaran. As a mushroom lover the amount of non-picky eaters I see saying they hate mushrooms is crazy. If this picky eater is able to eat them, then so can they
They don’t taste of much and count towards your 5 a day so the game is the game, I cannot complain
They can be really good if you know how to cook them, the downside is you now get diabetes for eating more than 12 of them

the sizzle means you're cooking too hot duck! Turn it down a bit, cook it slower, then wap the heat up for the browning towards the end
Eating egg everyday I have a game changer for you, to crack eggs tap them on a flat surface instead. No shell will flake off.
I learned this in my 30s... I am still in my 30s and annoyed I had been fishing out egg shell for so many years 😅

Mine and your fussy eating is so different! You actually eat quite healthy considering you are fussy which is odd!
That’s the idea, I never want to try the unhealthy stuff because in my head the worst case scenario is I like it and then eat it and become unhealthy and gain weight, so I just keep to my things and I’m all good haha - if I don’t try it I’ll never know (and I never wonder at all, doesn’t bother me in the slightest)
