豆渣不要扔,做muffin比烙饼蒸糕都好吃! the soybean Okara muffin is a sweet surprise!

  • Many people likes home made soya milk. Using soya milk maker or Vitamix can easily DIY soya milk, however the soybean residue (Okara) is hard to deal with.
    My families don't like Okara pancake or steamed bun. But I wouldn't waste the okara, which is a good source of calcium. Then I make this muffin recipe, which using Okara as a leading role, together with egg, brown sugar, milk, olive oil as well as fruit or nuts. It takes 30 minutes in total cooking time. The muffin is soft and tender, tastes sweet but not too much, everyone regardless age all so like it!
    很多人喜欢用豆浆机或破壁机自制豆浆,香醇浓郁无添加。但豆浆做好后剩下的豆渣该怎么处理呢?理论上豆渣是很有营养的,尤其是对女性缺钙有很大帮助。但它确实食之无味弃之可惜。过去大伙一般都是烙饼或蒸发糕,这两样在我家都没什么市场。就算是爱吃的人,总吃也难免审美疲劳了。
    如何调理豆渣成为一个思考课题。这个玛芬是我经过多次调整后确定的配比。以豆渣为主体,配以适当比例的面粉、鸡蛋,红糖、牛奶、橄榄油和干鲜果料。30分钟出炉,成品香糯松软,甜度适中,人吃人爱。
    食材:
    豆渣、中筋粉、泡打粉
    鸡蛋、红糖、牛奶、橄榄油
    果仁果脯(自选)

    這是個化腐朽為神奇的好主意。豆渣可以提供非常高的食物纖維,促進消化道蠕動,讓人體更健康。收藏了,以後打豆漿後有了豆渣就試試。

    Can the all purpose flour be replaced with oats flour? Can the oil be substituted with nuts butter?

      I’m not quit sure. But I feel the oats flour worth to try. For the oil, technically its purpose is to make the muffin smooth and soft, nuts butter might has similar function but liquid is less than usual. I would suggest you to add up milk instead.

    請問油可以減少10克嗎?我昨天試做還不錯一點也吃不出是豆渣做的但是我想增加多5-10克的糖並減少10克的油請問可以嗎?

      我觉得油可以适当少一点,但不要太少,太少就干了。至于糖就看个人口味,我不爱吃太甜的😊

      就是豆浆机里直接出来的豆渣,我的豆浆机自煮,所以应该是熟了😂

      那要适当按比例加,其它也得加一些。全是豆渣最后会太湿太塌了
