  • 我用50克干黄豆,用破壁机打了一大锅香浓的豆浆。喝到最后一碗时发现特别浓稠,于是,过滤出了大约80克的豆渣。本想把这碗豆渣扔掉,结果上网查阅,发现豆渣有非常高的营养价值和保健功能--经研究证明,大豆中较大一部分营养成分残留在豆渣中,不仅有丰富的蛋白质、纤维素和多糖,还含有钙、磷、铁等矿物质。如何巧妙地利用豆渣是一门学问,人们已经开始从营养学的角度重新认识豆渣了。
    这条视频中,我用这些豆渣,结合戚风蛋糕的​做法,收获了一块比戚风蛋糕还要香浓,湿润美味的豆渣蛋糕,嗯,还是叫她''豆香蛋糕''更悦耳。将这块豆渣蛋糕与芝士奶油和杏仁片搭配,组成一款吃到停不下来的杏仁豆香下午茶蛋糕。你可以在任何场合用这款蛋糕款待家人和客人,他们一定会赞不绝口呦!
    豆渣蛋糕:
    鸡蛋 3个
    白砂糖 30g
    低筋面粉 45g
    豆渣 ≈ 80g
    牛奶 10g
    食用油 25g
    抹面奶油:
    淡奶油 200g
    马斯卡彭芝士 50g
    白砂糖 15g
    生杏仁片(扁桃仁片) : 50-80g
    Soy bean dregs cake :
    3 eggs
    sugar 30g
    cake flour 45g
    soy bean dregs ≈ 80g
    milk 10g
    edible oil 25g
    Cream surface :
    whipping cream 200g
    mascarpone cheese 50g
    sugar 15g
    Slices of raw almonds : 50-80g

    Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I tried this recipe today and the texture came out AMAZING !!! This is the first chiffon cake I made that did not collapse or shrink, so I'm very happy! It's tall, springy, delicate, and moist. Thank you so much for your recipe, I'll surely make this again soon!!!
    Just to note, my okara was much drier than yours, so I added milk until I got the right "ribbon"-y consistency. Also, I might add more sugar next time because it was not sweet enough for me personally hehe.

    Best recipe ever - no yeast, no baking powder needed :D and I skip the cream surface to make it simple, hehe.

      湿豆渣喔,尽可能过滤出水分,但无需晒干。
