Bonnieux was the home of Peter Mayle the author of "A Year In Provence". A fascinating and humorous book about life in rural Provence from the perspective of an immigrant back in the eighties. A great and enlightening read which may amuse you and gives you an insight into the region. I lived there round that time and the book is true to the place and the time. Very little has changed.
My dear friend, thank you. Thank you a lot for sharing your creativity and letting us see your life experiences through your lens. I find your videos very relaxing to watch, and for someone like me who struggles with a lot of stress and feeling there is so much on my shoulders. The times I come to watch your videos, I always just lose track of time and get into a very relaxed state of mind. Thank you again and wishing you the best! :)
Wow! This right here is what motivates me to keep sharing videos here on UA-cam. Thank you for taking the time to write such kind words. I’m so grateful to have viewers like you and I’m so grateful these videos bring you some joy. Have a lovely week🫶🏽

Sometimes it's difficult to figure out the distances between the places you visit. Maybe you could insert a map between two sequences. Just a suggestion.. Great video by the way !
Un t-shirt Dragon Ball Z, voilà un homme de goût !!! Otherwise, Did you see the lack of Water in Gorges du verdon ? I didn't come this year, and only see frightening pictures of the Lac, etc.
Paul loves Dragon Ball Z! This was my first time there but the lake we entered seemed fine but after I saw on the news so many pictures at another entrance and it was devastating to see it so empty 🥹 Thank goodness we’re getting some rain.
I was two weeks ago in Verdon , swiming there was such great expierience . The views were spectacular. There is near by very charming town Moustiers Sainte Marie. In this town is spectacular porcelan museum and production is since 1927 . It is not cheap but those who are looking fir collectibles with additional value to pass over generations or bring from trip can find real gems.
Even if a cold bath may seem violent for our organism and our body, it actually has many benefits. In effect : It boosts the immune system, which is activated to warm up, which will activate the production of white blood cells and therefore strengthen it. It instantly drives away fatigue; indeed, there is nothing better to wake up our body suddenly and to put it on the alert than to go from the warmth of the bed to the freshness of a cold shower! It stimulates blood circulation, thus allowing the nutrients present in the blood to be properly routed to all the organs that need them. It has a detox effect. As it has a diuretic effect and decongests the organs, the cold shower makes it easier for our body to get rid of the toxins and waste that clutter it and prevent it from functioning optimally. It protects muscles and helps reduce swelling and muscle breakdown after exercise. This is why great athletes take an ice cube bath after a muscular workout... It relieves depressive states and stress by promoting the production of neurotransmitters and substances in the brain that bring us good humor and joie de vivre. 💦⚡⛑

Yes 🙌🏽 About 2 weeks ago I was taking cold showers but didn’t continue… maybe a sign I should start doing them again.
