Nice video and review. I went riding yesterday my friend just got a new stark Varg. It was his first ride. He also found 40 horsepower to be The Sweet spot 4 trail riding. We had a KTM freeride e, a KTM 350 XC. And me on a Ultra Bee. We're in Southwest Oregon. The terrain looks quite a bit different. We get out to three trails once in awhile. That might be in your neck of the woods.
Thanks man! Iv'e been really enjoying the bike, even though I had higher hopes for the battery range. Unfortunately it's not going to be the long trail ride loop kind of bike I hoped for, being that I've found the limit to be about 25 miles of mellow trail riding on the battery. Anything under 25 miles though this has to be the most fun bike i've ever ridden. It's amazing on tech hill climbs, hard enduro type of stuff. Yes Im in Central Oregon now so 3 trails isn't too far from me.
We are mostly in our late 60's, so a bit of a slower pace. After 3.5 hours of trail maintenance and riding the Varg had 60% left my UB had 47% and the Freeride E had 22%. @@stayystoked
@@M3rwin6 yes it definitely felt pretty heavy when riding as a trail bike. Ultimately one of the big reasons I ended up selling it to get back on a 300 for the lighter and more agile bike for enduro. The stark doesn’t feel heavy when riding a motocross track though when jumping and going faster.

@@shredmas interesting! They’re amazing bikes for those kind of days!
Great content, does the bike feel much heavier than your other gas bikes?
