I just came to find out how to do a french knot but now I think I might try the hedgehog too. I also watched your scrunchie video and am excited to finally not have to just buy ones that I kinda like the looks of. =)
I never heard of the thread testing sampler before. Everyone should know about this. I've made samplers of all the built in designs on my machine, but testing the tension is a new one to me. So obvious, once you see it. Thank you. I've paused the video so I can go try it right now!

Hi Laura, Love your tutorials, I have made many of them, sew very easy, but just one point could you show the finished item at the start. I start in eager anticipation, then realize I have to scroll to the end to see what i am aiming at! ;)

We have learned alot of things in this video, but there's still one thing we haven't learned yet.
How to focus your camera on to the target.
I hope to make this cute little Hedgehog soon, but I have no decorative stitches on my machine.........is there an embroidery stitch you could recommend, or any alternative? Thanks Laura, your ideas are the best!!
You can do any stitch you want. I can't think of one that would not work. Have fun
