I just love these Pakistani machine shops, everything and everyone immaculately clean and tidy, with nothing out of place! The most modern machinery available and top class safety flip flops! How these people keep all their fingers and toes in such an environment is amazing, and yet they manage to ingeniously produce parts, and are probably paid little.
Haha, we appreciate the humor! 😄 Our machinists might not have all the fancy frills, but they sure know how to make magic happen with what they've got! 🪄🛠️ #ResourcefulMachiningGeniuses 🌟🔩
Exactly my Thoughts. IF this were taking place at a Mill/Factory in the USA, OSHA would Absolutely SH*T! While these Machinists do a HECKUVA Job with what they have, the absoluite Lack of ANY Safety Gear on both Equipment and Personnel (things like no Equipment Guards/shavings and tripping hazards everywhere/face shields/the loose clothing/sandals/eye protection/hearing protectio/the list goes on and on) or Requirements show you why a LOT of American Companies (I'm NOT saying this is an American Company) move Factories Overseas due to what they can get away with. If they had to bring this Factory and the Workers into "Compliance" with even the Minimum OSHA Requirements, it would cost them MILLIONS of Dollars and shut them down for who knows how long. And for anyone that thinks OSHA is Tough, I worked at a Surface Coal Mine for 25 years and we had to deal with MSHA, who make OSHA look like Amateurs! I'm NOT talking Bad about this Place, Like I said, they are indeed AMAZING!
Does any one else do this it’s so relaxing watching this I sort of want to full asleep but I can’t full asleep because I want to watch it. These guys are masters at this and I like watching one after another.💪💪💪

all those guys using a torch, have the 'squint' down pretty good.... those cuts are very impressive though.....I have cut 4 inch [100 mm] steel plate before, you have to know what you are doing..... a Bravo on the quality of their cutting ability......looks like they are using Propane by the way the torch was light.... cheers from the US, Paul
Great job. I love them old machines the power of them is out of this world and still going 150-years later. If I stood my smallest lathe next to yours it would be look like a match box lol my smallest lathe is a EMCO UNIMAT 3 . Love your videos UK👍. 💪💪💪
Thank you for your kind words! Old machines have a special charm and power that's truly remarkable. It's amazing to see them still in action after so many years! Your EMCO UNIMAT 3 may be small, but it's mighty in its own right! Keep enjoying our videos, and thank you for your support! 🌟🛠️

Yes they do, they seem to be able to make everything from anything, they are truly skilled and I do admire their ability. @@hydraulichands
@@hydraulichands those are not fancy frills. A clean safe workplace and full workgear are the very minimum requirements in any civilised country.
@@tohellwithhandles
Even with all the civilized country's rules and regulations they still manage to injure and kill thousands a year.

Good job!
All tolerances are guaranteed less than 2 fingers.
And seems this time most of the workers survived the day.
How do they know if the "weld" will be strong enough too , bloody hell .

Those old vertical lathes could really hog some material!
Absolutely! 💪 Our vintage lathes may be old, but they sure know how to get the job done efficiently! 🛠️🌟
super genius mans,,,,,, doing great job, wishing you good luck, plz stay save

You learn something new every day , because I always thought Coventry was in England , how wrong I was , its in Scotland after all !!!!.
I thought the same thing....Coventry is where the Jaguar plant is/was
and was heavily bombed in WWII
You're absolutely right. It seems their geography is as imprecise as their machining.
I would never place a bet with any of these people that there is something they can't make!
Absolutely! They are masters of innovation and creativity. They thrive on challenges and always find a way to make it work! 🛠️🌟 #MachiningMavericks 💪🔩
I doubt they were told they can't. My bet is they were told they shouldn't. After watching the welding alone i understand why they shouldn't
If it’s to be machined then they have probably done it …….
can you imagine if he stumbles and falls onto that chuck
Yikes!
Safety first, always! 😅 Our machinists are masters of balance and agility, no need to worry! 🚶♂️🛠️

Интересно, а сколько стоит у вас сорокалитровый баллон сжатого кислорода?
What ever that pice of metal is going to be it obviously doesn’t matter that it has those holes and extra slots in it.

Love to see the guy in flip flops, love these videos
This technology is recent compared to the evolution of man
Unos buenos mecanizados pero sería bueno q las virutas también se quitaen
