I have had 2 versions of this stroller. one from the early 2000's (bought used in 2010) and one i just got with a manufacture date of 2021. The complaints in this video do not apply to my newer stroller, but they do to the older stroller. In between those two strollers I had a sit n stand from baby trend and a baby trend safari double jogger. for trips to the zoo and such, our favorite is the new graco duoGlider. we can fold with all pieces on with no problem.
Have you done a review on your side by side stroller? I'd love to hear your opinions/review on that! I'm looking for a side by side for the same reasons you've said here in this video lol, the tandem just doesn't seem like a good option.
Haha honestly I’m not sure if I ever reviewed it. I have the baby trends double stroller and I loved it! Unfortunately last summer the tire blew out, we need to get it fixed. But my kids were 5 and 2 and fitting really well in it.
Sorry, maybe you can return it and get your money back? The baby trends double jogging stroller is really good. I have the side by side, but I think they have one with seating like this one
I bought this stroller twice about 10 years ago and I NEVER had any of the issues that this one has. It wont stay closed because the hook that locks in, isn't secure. For me, this is the most essential feature. If it doesn't stay closed when folded, it's a huge piece of junk that prolongs an already hectic outing with an infant and toddler. One time, I had folded the stroller and got it to hook closed, but the faulty hook slipped out and the whole damn stroller opened back up. And it did it with so much force that it locked into the open position! How backwards is that?! And what if my toddler had been standing next to it? It would have knocked her down! You can't even see through the plastic to get a glimps of baby on mine, its tinted way too much, which renders it pointless. And the thing won't fit in my van!? This is a legit issue now because back in the day, I actually felt like this stroller was more compact than my single stroller and it fit perfectly into my Nissan Sentra trunk. That's a compact car! But NOW, this stroller is not bigger and it's a pain to position in my minivan. I am returning mine. The hassel is not worth it. The ease of the previous double strollers led me to trust in buying this, but I am so disappointed.
Lol you’re right about folding the stroller up with the attachment, but there is a clip on the left hand side of it that clips in place that you need to undo before you try to use it. That’s why you’re kinda struggling to open it. Overall good review. My daughter loves it hope my son does too 😬 pandemic baby

Honestly it’s been 5 years since I’ve had this stroller and I wasn’t a fan of it. If I remember correctly you couldn’t clip car seats into it. There are better double strollers out there. We picked up a side by side baby trends jogging stroller after this one and loved it and still use it now that our kids are 5 and almost 8 ( we have a tiny 8 year old 😂). But my kids still squeeze into it when we go out for garage sales or if my husband and I wanna go on a walk but the kids don’t wanna walk. However that one you cant clip car seats into either.

They aren’t meant to jog or run with that’s why. The baby trend you do have is meant for jogging
I know that. However, I wasn’t expecting the locking mechanism. My other Graco single ride isn’t for jogging either but doesn’t lock
Also I hate the strollers that only have the belt around the waist
I don’t mind them as my kids get older, but when they are a year or under I would say shoulder straps and crotch buckle are a must!
