Will definitely try. Golf courses reopen Monday...yaaayyyy!
Yay! Have fun
Michele, I have watched and enjoyed many of your episodes. Your unique accent (although very slight) is charming and reflects a Malaysian identity. I also enjoy English spoken with Singaporean, French, German etc. accents. This diversity is beautiful.
Thank you
Thanks a lot for the video!
Thank you
Hi Michele. Cannot wait to try out your tips here cos i did exactly what you have just showed us. Hopefully, i will not do it often 😀😅 after watching your tips and techniques here. As always, thank you and happy golfing to everyone!!👍👍👏👏🖐
Hopefully it helps. Thank you
Nice and simply explained, worth while taking the time to assess the lie for sure 👍
Yes. You got it
Awesome tips
Thanks
Brilliant again there...
Thank you
Great view of finishing all the way through the shot.
Thank you
hi michele.i found out your video instructions are so clearly explained so as easy to follow.the simplest explanations and illustrations in the golf instructions. i watched closely where your arms are from start to finish. i don't get tired watching.my club hitting the ball had improved.thanks.
So glad! Thank you
Thank you so much!
Thank you
I watched this last year and just watched it again. Excellent chipping tips and a funny moment as well 😂
Michele,
Once again, as many have already said, another excellent video. Nothing is more frustrating than being near a green in 2 or 3 and thinking you only need chip and a putt only to flub the shot😫. I believe I have experienced them all, the screamer across the green, the chunk and sliding underneath the ball.
I will remember your advice, because I seem to spend a lot of my time in the rough😁.
Thanks again! 🏌️♂️♥️
Haha... lets try to keep it in the short stuff. Thanks
@@michelelowgolf7501 Oh believe me, I try! Sometimes more successful than other times. In fact, I played Wednesday & shot my first 70's round. Albeit a 79, I still broke 80. On the number 1 handicap hole (par 5) it was a drive into the woods on the Left (Alignment issue), a 5 iron punch shot out, a lucky bounce over a water hazard, P/W to 3 feet and a 1-putt. 👏👏👏(Yah!). A par 😁.
Tks & Have a good day/evening.
@@stevemarch939 congrats on the 79! That’s awesome!
@@lawofvisualization :Thank you. Very kind of you to reply. Turns out this week, I shot an 89 in my latest outing. Turns out they aerated the greens, but I was having some difficulties around the green as result of the aeration and the sand used on the greens.
In our little course we don’t have such nice grass . It’s all hard pan! So bump and run is the name of the game. But great tips for when I get to play on a course like like yours! Thanks Michelle for another interesting video.
Thank you for your support. Bump and run is a good choice
Awesome stroke so good to watch it. Thanks 👍✌️😀
Thank you
Exactly what I needed. Thanks!
So glad
These are the tips I am looking for. You are simply the best!
Thank you so much
Love this video with great lesson. Thank you Michelle
Thank you
Thanks again, Good tips for thick rough.
Thank you
Watching your lesson from Las Vegas
Thank you
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 🙏🏿. As amateurs, we literally have no knowledge of how important “lies” are. This video really helps! ❤️
Thank you Johnny! Try it out :)
Michele, you are definitely my favourite.
Thank you for the support
@@michelelowgolf7501
You are most welcome.
My chipping has improved with the idea of "putting" the chip when I am not sure of where to land the chip. It has already saved me strokes. I love your short game videos! Thanks for the great advice.
I still struggle with the 40-70 yard range pitch shots. I usually end up short of the green. I think I am afraid to commit to the shot from fear of overshooting the green.
@@brucehanna9473 I had the same issue Bruce. Michele gave me the confidence to swing trusting the loft of the club. It works. Try it.
Johnny is right. Thanks for the support guys. Bruce, just got to commit to the chip and trust what you have practiced. Have fun
@@michelelowgolf7501 played today. I am getting more comfortable with a full swing with my 52, but for some reason, my pitching wedge is just awful in a full swing. I just left in the bag and hit choked down 9i when I felt a PW was the right club. It helped, but I am not getting the loft or bite that I would get if I could use the correct club. Need more work on the range...
Great tip
Thank you
Always such relevant tips, thanks so much. Nice sound effects too. 😂
Thank you
Excellent...keep sharing Pro Michelle
Thank you
Very important lesson.
Will help me and many other golfers.
Always afraid to use enough power.
Thank you and happy weekend.
Looking forward for Popov to win.
But also I like much the swing of Inbee
Thank you
Thanks a lot M ! Needed this lesson with the umpteen roughs in my home course !!
Happy to help. Thank you
Great advice! Thanks for taking me along!
Thankyou for this advice. Sometimes, I can’t hit the ball in correct direction. Hope you make a video on that also.
Check your aiming first but I will look into that.
Thank you very much. I listen to all your videos. I can't wait for the next one.
Coming out soon. Thank you
This will be very helpful, thanks again Michele.
Thank you
Your instructions are the best I ever had! Thank you so much for sharing!
So glad to hear that. Thank you
Another great instructional video
Hi Michele, I'm from Brazil. I love your job. His classes are very well explained. Happy birthday. keep it up.
Thank you. Will do
I love how you use on course situations that make sense!!! You are an amazing instructor and love the videos and tips! Love the psychological part of golf you teach as well!!! Legit dropped 5 strokes already watching you !!!💯
Wow! U made my day! Thank you
Thanks Michele
Thank you
Love that open. I didn't see that coming : ) "oops". looking forward to trying this on the range.
Haha right!
Thank you so much for the great lesson as always 👍 best greetings from Germany 😍
Thank you. Hope it helps
Great video!!!
Thank you
When I saw the title of this lesson: “THICK ROUGH”, I thought it was about me so I clicked to watch it. Excellent golf tuition Michelle, I’ve become a subscriber. My problem is mainly being consistent off the tee. I played in a stableford comp the other day, 21 points on the front 9, 4 points on the back 9! All the problems starting off the tee!! When are you doing a driving video?
I already have 2 videos abou driver :) check it out :)
Great instruction as always. Love your videos. 👍🏌⛳❤
Thank you
Great advice! Thanks. Will try when MCO rules are relaxed again.
Thank you
Your the GREATEST
Thank you
I always tried to shallow chip with a sitter, but the putting technique is probably much more consistent. Thanks!
Thank you!
Loving 🥰 it ..⛳️🏌🏾♂️
So glad
Good job!
Thank you
Awesome points
Thank you
Hi Michele, excellent.
Thank you
Thanks Michele great vid, l really like your vlogs on the course, keep it up!
Will do. Thank you
Gracias Michelle, excelente vídeo.
Thank you
Dude!! I needed this tip. I am currently losing 3-5 strokes per round on chips similar to this or when in the rough. It’s like turning a simple two putt into a 3 putt scenario that I need to straighten out. So frustrating.
So glad
How you know I am looking for this tips? I will practice pro!
So happy I manage to help. Thanks
Thank you
another amazing lesson, combined with practice and I had a 100 smashing 91 today. it was only 6800 yard tees but it's a good start.
Is still good! Well done.
@@michelelowgolf7501 I have a club related question, I have been playing taylormade m6 regular shaft clubs for a few years. I recently went to see a fitter he told me my clubs are a half inch to short, the shaft should be a stiff flex and my club head speed was between 80 and 90 mph. would upgrading to better set up help me lower my scores?
Love It, and will definitively build confidence.
Greetings from Turkey 🇹🇷
Thank you. Hope all is well
Thanks Michele. Love your content. Any chance you could do a video on a good practice routine for amateurs at the driving range?
So glad to hear that. Have that in mind. Thanks
LOVE IT! does the ball position stay right of center on any lie like uphill lie or downhill lie or flat/level lie?
Yes you are right
It looks like the ball is positioned close to your right/ back foot in the video?
Awesome
Thanks! I have this shot under control.
Could you cover when the ball is on the other side of the bunker, but there is little grass and hard-pan ground?
When I play high-end courses this situation is not encountered, but on the low-end course this is a frequent issue.
Sounds like a flop shot is needed?
Michele. Another great lesson. Simple techniques are always the best. Thanks 👍🏌
Thank you
Terbaiiiiiikkkkk...👍🏼💪🏽
Terima kasih
Hi M! What clubs did you use for each of these shots? Chipping wedge? 7 iron? 😊
58 degree :)
In Scenario 1, does your grip pressure change to keep club from twisting? Is a 60 degree wedge too lofted for this shot?
Same pressure. 60 degree is good
Hi...in this situation should I use more lofted club like 58/60 wedge ? tq
Yes. Try it out :)
Hi Michele, do you offer coaching class in KL?
Yes I do.
This is hinge and hold, just like Phil Michelson, however I still need a lesson from a local pro who can show me how to get out of greenside 3 inch Bermuda. I am trying 60, 56 and 48 degree wedges. Thanks again for this video
Thank you
What degree club did you use and how much bounce on club?
58 degrees
@@michelelowgolf7501 : Thank you....I will practice
What loft usually we use in that situation? 52?
56/58 will be good
@@michelelowgolf7501 noted.. thanks Michele 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Michele, I’ve got a 3 year old girl that’s interested to take up golf. Am thinking to get a good coach for her but am finding it hard to find one. Do you know any place / anyone that can help her develop her skills? Let’s hope she have talent 😂
Are you guys in KL? I personally think that 3 years old is little too young to take lessons but can definitely give it a try. Maybe you can email me? will give you more info. micheleplow89@gmail.com
