Another thing he failed to address the reason some kinds of trading, whether it's crypto or stock becomes when the prices fluctuate based on speculation, which makes them haram.
If you buy something like Bitcoin or some cryptocurrency, you don’t really have anything that has produced anything. It doesn't have an intrinsic value or it isn't backed by any of the major central/reserve banks on earth. You’re just hoping the next guy pays more. This is a type of gambling. And it's not halal. Better to invest in stocks (that has a business running behind it), or gold (precious metal) or an apartment that gives rent or a farm land that produces crops. Cryptocurrency doesn't have intrinsic value like the above assets. Even we can't buy a bottle of water with it!
what about paper currency? they do not have any intrinsic value. the gold story is fake. you can never get equivalent gold for your paper currency. also where is daleel that currency should have intrinsic value? any hadith for proof. calling something haram requires proof.
and halal crypto currenices have practical use cases i.e used in institutions or digital projects. so do not say they do not say they are useless. also the concept of cryptocurrency is to challenge the monopoly of centralized currency owners. the decentralized system is a game changer and a good thing. it has many practical use cases like sending millions of rupees in few mintues to one another. no fee no boring and time taking banking process or max limits. the people who study in detail without any bias can only appreciate it. ofcourse there is a lot of scam and fake coins but that is a separate discussion.
what does it mean to say spot trades must occur? maaf i’m very new to this trading field and am looking to invest in bitcoin however i want to make sure i’m doing it in a halaal manner
I am really surprised! And also sure that Sheikh does not know how it works, how bitcoin price is manipulated, how exchanges generate fake demands, and what about speculation, a price of something that could lose big part of its value because of a tweet of Elon Musk or any other. Anyway!
Short term manipulation yes. Long term no. Why? Because Bitcoin has a fixed supply of 21million. There can never be anymore created unlike fiat and Gold which nobody can be certain in regards to its Maximum Supply. Gold and fiat have been manipulated for decades and people dont wanna question that 😂
Dear sir, As you are declaring halal to virtual currency could you explain to us the reference of Quran and hadis, I'm very much interested to start trading but explanation doesn't satisfied me to consider it Halal, Know value of crypto is 100 after 1min it would be 1000 or 0, is this fluctuations who how you visualize as per Islamic point of view
that's not possible, going from 100 to 1,000 is normal for bitcoin because its price movement is high (we are talking about 57k "right now") so when it increases it will increase alot but let me tell you, 1,000 is really nothing for bitcoin as for small cryptos they increase in cents, pennies etc it depends on the price of the crypto you are trading
Just like any currency no? Like eg, our country ethiopia in one day from 1 usd =55 to 1 usd=120. One day in this year. People had a lot losses. But Allah knows best. Am only asking not telling
Lmao. If u let someone use religion to make ur financial decisions, then ur screwed. Do your research. I went to school and had to study and memorize 1000s of books, many of which were about economics, computer programs, and loss prevention.... but it's ur plan to listen to someone who went to study 1 book that's way out of date. Because u think god is going to punish you. He gave u free will, and u chose, and instead of using gods gift, u chose to outsource it to a human and put that man in gods place. I can't imagine looking to god for answers, and then a man steps in between u and god and says, "No listen to me instead, I'll tell u what god said." You're all like oh ok.... do u not think the devil can step in ur way, and u would listen to him as long as he claims to speak for god? Do u not see that power that is being used against u in the name of allah? Uve allowed man to tell u what god allows. Gods plan was never to silence you or else he would not have given u lungs.
Thank you for your misinformation 😂😂 I will rather ask someone who has the knowledge of my religion than someone who is not a Muslim even if he read 1m books My religion is way more important than 1milion books
@beeriyobarwaaqo372 yea ur support of sharia is not economical. U want power over women amd sharia gives u that. It let's u justify ur attraction to little girls.

Many crypto projects have utility tokens and are an actual business you juste seem to not understand enough to even form a real opinion of it
@@NeedforSpeedGamesforpcyes, but people buy them and hope they will go up 2,3,5,10 or 100 x, and thats is problem, and its Haram 1000000%.
@Ante-qc7ud how? Where is shariah rule for this? Something can go up a million times but that does not make it haram if its a genuine thing.

@samatarawil8138 lol uhuh. Religion has merit but using it to make financial decisions is flat out low iq behavior.
We Muslims apply Islamic sharia in every thing. And we are not screwed if we are fulfilling what we were told to do
