This guy is a hero. He saved that lovely fawn's life and then gave her back out to the world. We are never so admirably human as when we demonstrate our love for animals.
@Mohammed Naseer Robert Louis Stevenson was walking once out on the Highlands, when he encountered a man savagely beating his dog. "You, sir! Stop that at once!" Stevenson shouted. That's actually the most impressive part of this story. It's so easy to get too attached to animals when they have been domesticated, but his plan was always to release it when the time was right. Very unsellfish and honorable actions!
Dum Dum because we were armed. When for example.... bears have strength and wolves have numbers and the element of surprise velociraptor style that’s when they’re truly the most vicious species. Humans are defenseless without tools or anything that makes us strong
@@ArthurKH358.2 That doesn't disprove my point. Intelligence is our most valuable asset. Other animals have used tools too, but they are nowhere near as succesful as we are, or as deadly. Fact is we are the most dangerous animals on the planet.

"It is good to see her in life she can experience fully" this man is a legend not to keep her as a pet but to try to connect her to the nature she belongs.
I say this not because I think releasing the animal is always a bad thing. But it would be naive to believe every animal will be as successful.
Touched my heart. I lived in a remote area like this for a few years and always had deer moving through the property. God bless Darius for his kindness toward this fawn.
This guy is a hero. He saved that lovely fawn's life and then gave her back out to the world. We are never so admirably human as when we demonstrate our love for animals.
@Mohammed Naseer
Robert Louis Stevenson was walking once out on the Highlands, when he encountered a man savagely beating his dog. "You, sir! Stop that at once!" Stevenson shouted. Surprised and enraged, the man turned on Stevenson. "It is my dog, sir," he rejoined, "and I shall do with it as I please!"
"No, sir," Stevenson answered. "It is God's dog. And I am here to protect it."
If you have love for animals as you mentioned, then please do not support the animal farming industry, it stands for the complete opposite to what we wish to the animals, we do not need it! 🌱💚

He is a stronger person than I! Following him back when tried to put her with her own kind!🥰😭🥰 I would have swept that little baby fawn up and made her mine. But it was good in the end. I guess she really did need to be with her own herd of deer.... what a very heartwarming story. 🥰💘🦌💕🥰
Katie I feel the same. It would have been hard to let her go. I give the guy credit for what he did.
@Von Musklaus it wouldnt have after a certain point, life isnt a disney movie
I would've gotten some deer jerky.
I'd be the same i wouldn't be able to part with such a sweet little thing.
Von Musklaus Or not
Thank you for your kindness and empathy toward the helpless little fawn!! This world needs more like you!!!
I have literally seen hundreds of these 'save animal' videos.
This is still one of my favorites.
Probably Top 5 for sure.
The matter-of-fact effort this guy made for one, little deer.
Not to keep her.
But to let her go and be free.
Amazing.
What are the other 4? I want to see more like this

Yes, have seen before, but the best rescues always deserve repeating. This is one of the best videos I have ever seen. So wonderful to have been reunited with her family. Seeing the family together, my heart! Thanks, Dodo for posting!

"I couldn't leave her" the mans got a good big heart. 🥰. Its actually very good that she doesn't like humans or she would walk towards a human when hunting season started. So it's very good she doesn't like the guy. But blessings to the man.
Any hunter that shoots a doe is a bad or illegal one.
This is what I was worried about. All the effort to return her to the wild, only to have her walk right up to a hunter a year or so later.
@@NoirRaven You do know there's such a thing as a doe season, right?

god bless you abundantly in Jesus name😊❤️
I would love to meet a man who loves animals this much: as much as I do! This warm caring man made me cry because that little one needed him and he was not too busy for her! She got to return to her family because of his yes to thus precious baby!!! Thank you!

Truly a blessing to be given the opportunity to help a helpless animal, and rightfully so, bless this man's beautiful soul as well. Really heartwarming.

so cuuute! Almost makes me want one for myself! As a pet, one where you don't need to release them to the wild and can just keep them for yourself!
They're so cuuuute as babies!
This comrade is a legend, I envy his life.
@neoperseus OK Nazi.
Now this story is Priceless and this man is a hero to me for doing this act of kindness! Loved it so much!
Tears came to my eyes, seeing this. If only most humans were like him
Seeing her tail wag side to side was heart melting
Kinda broke my heart a little that the deer didnt recognize him
Oh,but she did. Animals are very smart. And this man helped her. She definitely remembers him.
Best for these wild dear to forget her trust on humans, because of hunters, otherwise she could walk up to one when she sees one. That could easily be her death. :-)
It's better that she reacts that way to humans, run away.
Same
@@stormblessed2321 if you know the forest, you know how deers normaly react to humans.
They like look, but are way faster of running. This deer stopped like when I drive a bike with light in the night and I shine on a deer.
Maybe these deer's are different, than where I am living. But I feel like the human impact at least makes her feel well at least seeing human.
It's pretty hard to know, if you see as animal a human, if it was the one before one year. Same as I can't say it with animals most likely, but I am also biologycly nab
This is the most selfless rescue I’ve seen. Good on this man to reunite the deer with her mother.
This is one of the best stories I’ve ever seen. Totally unselfish and loving. ❤️❤️❤️

@@wilczek7 wtf has this to do with my words? there is a big difference between animals, which take what they need and us humans, which make billions of animals their lives like hell on earth, just to eat chep meat in the morning, at noon, in the evening and in between. and we drink breast milk from another species while eating its calves, which is perverted and unnecessary.

@@dewick134 that is exactly how I would see it too, a pet. But thinking about the quality of life I couldnt care for it anymore. Then what would i do? I love this man’s beautiful spirit! What an amazing thing he did making a brace for her little leg and allowing it to heal. He saved her life for sure. *IT FELT REALLY GOOD*
Mr. Sasnauskas, this is an amazing story, especially your efforts to help her go back to the wild. Huge respect to you.
That's actually the most impressive part of this story. It's so easy to get too attached to animals when they have been domesticated, but his plan was always to release it when the time was right. Very unsellfish and honorable actions!
It's for the best that animals fears and avoid us humans. We are dangerous animals, their life is better in the wildereness.
I mean.... unless you count all the bears, wolves, etc
@@ArthurKH358.2 In total we killed more bears and wolves and etc, than they us.
Dum Dum humans tend to drop their guard either by recklessness or anything foolish. Wolves, lions or any other predator don’t need to bench press to rip our throats out with their fangs. While we humans are dangerous remember why we fear predators to begin with
That’s my uncle!!!!! One of the kindest and most admirable humans you could ever know 🥰
