That's pretty fucking epic! The metal gods with the clowns of metal. I say that jokingly of course, Judas Priest is great in and of themselves, but they have a great sense of humor, to let Steel Panther come out & share the stage for some fun, that's pretty cool of them. I particularly like this song because it brings up memories of a the road trip to go see RUSH in concert while in college, Moving Pictures Tour. Long story short, my buddy started playing this tune shortly after we hit the road, and when the "and the joint starts flaming up again" part came in, he leaned over from the back seat & lit the first joint of the road trip. FUN TIMES 🥳
Comedy band? Comedic interludes, yes, but Steel Panther consists of serious musicians. Don't know about the others but Satchel played with Jeff Pilson, Rob Halford, Paul Gilbert (just to name a few) long before Steel Panther. And to be honest even onstage Steel Panther sweep away most existing bands. The hair maybe fake but otherwise they must be one of the best metal acts in the last decade. And I'm not even a big fan. But the energy, the mood, their playing...top.
So cool! The nearest thing to a Fight reunion we're gonna get I think haha! I was lucky enough to jam Into The Pit with Satchel when they came to Bristol! Coolest thing ever to sing alongside Satchel, he's such a legend. You can find the video on my YT 🤘🤘🙌✨✨✨
1:37 -- Satchel (aka Russ Parrish) having played with Halford in Fight... Imagine having such a trust with ROB METAL GOD HALFORD that you can take a guitar from one of his bandmates and continue the song without any doubt or fear from Halford that it's gonna fuck up!!! What a coup for all the Panthers that they are actually onstage with their metal gods. 2:04 Seeing Satchel cozy up alongside Glenn is just... wow!... just wow!...
Steel Panther is keeping it real...and bands that get on stage with them are real!!! Not like Motley Crue starting arguments!!! Get a grip..this is awesome...
I saw him playing with Rob & Fight back in 94 and that was great ... By the way, Judas Priest is one of the few bands that can continue after the original members are gone ... The Ripper has done a great job and for sure he is welcome back in 5 or 10 years ...
When Michael Starrs high pitched LOADED is pre-recorded?? Rodent bother me,am not knocking the band. I'm just good at spotting things like that. I'm a big Fanther, gotta tattoo of the band and I fuckin love them
DrummerBenWhite aye it is. Watch when he pulls away from the Mic and keep listening..... The pre-recording goes mute, then u hear it again then mutes again
Very cool! If you're a fan of psychedelic rock, you may enjoy my original music! Please visit my channel and let me know what you think. Look forward to your feedback!
Not sure if many people know this but Steel Panther's guitarist Satchel (Russ Parish) was Halford's guitarist in Fight in the early 90's
What's the source of this?
No need of source, it's the damn truth! :)
Bozhidar Yordanov damn right russ actually left to be in steel panther
***** You are so right! Thanks for sharing this with me!

A very rare performance of JUDAS PANTHER!
STEEL PRIEST!!
Two members of Fight on stage. Nailed to the gun!!!

This is what metal is all about! I love to see bands getting along like this and having fun on stage :D
This was my first time seeing Priest, and they did not disappoint!
Andrew Ouellette i saw them the first time supporting defenders of the faith(and 5 times afterwards),they NEVER disappoint
ICONS FOREVER AND EVER ☦️🇺🇲 NOSTROVIA ♾️ TEMPLE UNIVERSITY ❤

Now this is respect for a Comedy Band...

My two favorite bands the metal gods and the greatest heavy metal band on the planet
I gotta say...this is freakin' awesome!!! Too bad this combo never came to Ontario, Canada.
they did! The played Rama Ontario, Steel Panther opened!
@@HolyDiver098 I missed that one!
I love this specifically because everyone is just running around stage like Olympians confusedly
I was there. This was really cool.
I love how Michael Starr just comes on and sits there
Steel Panther was insane that night

I can't believe it's been 6 pushing 7 years ago. Saw the show in Pittsburgh.
Nice to see an old rocker jamming with the little scallywags Panther for life

Steel Panther is keeping it real...and bands that get on stage with them are real!!! Not like Motley Crue starting arguments!!! Get a grip..this is awesome...
YES!!!!!!! I guess this was the last show of the tour. Wonder if "Satchel's" next gig is replacing Glenn...
Satchel was actually the guitarist in one of Rob's first solo bands, before metal school & steel panther..I can't remember satchel's real name.
Doalude Man His real name is Russ Parrish, or at least this is written in all FIGHT credits...
Doalude Man Yes, I'm very aware of Russ' involvement in Fight. :)
Doalude Man was member of fight.
I saw him playing with Rob & Fight back in 94 and that was great ... By the way, Judas Priest is one of the few bands that can continue after the original members are gone ... The Ripper has done a great job and for sure he is welcome back in 5 or 10 years ...
Satchel could easily play for Priest
Satchel played in Halfords band FIGHT! In the 90s. They were bad ass
Satchel is a first level axe, he could play in any major band.
Beautiful
freakin awesome
Halford will nail Lexxi :)
I need eye bleach right now.
hahahahaha
HAHAHA I just spit out my drink that was hilarious
He already nailed Satchel
I’m scared for lexxi
Two members of "Fight" on stage.😀

Steel Priest
When Michael Starrs high pitched LOADED is pre-recorded?? Rodent bother me,am not knocking the band. I'm just good at spotting things like that. I'm a big Fanther, gotta tattoo of the band and I fuckin love them
**Doesn't
It's most certainly not pre-recorded, sir.
DrummerBenWhite aye it is. Watch when he pulls away from the Mic and keep listening..... The pre-recording goes mute, then u hear it again then mutes again
Bob Bob it's called echo/delay and feedback
sad wings of destiny!
When you “open” for Judas Priest.
Lexxi meets Rob on backstage... 7u7
Judas Panther? Steel Priest?
Travis seems pretty pissed xDD
So tits. I love both bands.
Better title: "Steel Panther sexually assult Judas Priest"
Very cool! If you're a fan of psychedelic rock, you may enjoy my original music! Please visit my channel and let me know what you think. Look forward to your feedback!
Hey Nikki..... did your band ever get invited on stage with Judas Priest like that wannabe band Steel Panther?
Need to axe that Lexxi....too flamboyant to the point is stupid. But I guess that's the point.
....that... thats the point of the band in general
i like steel panther in their own environment, but priest could give a f$^k that their there..lmao
That is why Priest (Capital P) invited them on tour. You are an imbecile.
Steel panther one of the worst modern hair metal band Or whatever should be called
that gay distracted me too much...he should leave SP...
You were distracted by the gay guy? Hmmmmm, I wonder who is really gay
No way man people love him he’s a good part of the band
Wooooah ill have you know sir, being up for pain and insert of stiff implements intp the body is metal as fuck
"that gay distracted me too much" ... Rob Halford? He's the fucking singer, get over yourself homophobe.
if you're distracted by gay lads, you shouldn't listen to Judas Priest in the first place, weirdo
