My son used to tell me that the Sambhar in his school lunch was terrific... so he asked the Iyer cook how he made it. The cook said It is Varathu arachu.. that he put coconut. My son wanted me to make it for him.. this was 14 yrs ago.
I tried several recipes but it was never the taste he had at school. But I never gave up... Snd kept trying. Until today... we have just had lunch and my son was so happy. He said Amma it is the exact taste... Dear Yogambalji... I cannot thank u enough...🙏🏼

I have one suggestion mami,but dont know how much you like this,
It will be very very useful if you give details about main dish and side dish combinations for meal and tiffin varieties,mostly many make error in giving perfect side dish ,what is apt for various sambar ,vathal kuzhambu,moor kuzhambu etc,sometimes a faulty sidedish makes tummy very heavy or get hungry very quickly,you can sit and talk about this in seperate video please

Sambar get more gas on it because of paruppu we should add garlic or perungayam either one generally I don't use garlic in sambar so I used perungayam
