Elbows are so hard to control, only thing that has worked for me is to concentrate on the inside of my elbow facing my target and not let it face to the left and Chicken wing, its always a fight though. She does roll the ball very well

XPonent would be a half to full step down, this one definitely has a stronger cover and a little stronger core.
