Holy shit I don't know what to say!!! Not only was this video an hour long, it was also supremely executed, and almost everything I could ever want to see in a reaction video had been shown so far!! I really don't think I've ever seen someone make it so that I both feel horrible for Dazai and the ADA, who have to see the kind of person Dazai really is, and add in Yosano, as well keep the atmosphere consistently tense ( which is a good thing in my book!) and deliver the emotional punches!! Like, you really made me feel a stab in the chest when Yosano screamed, for example, and I don't think a reaction video has ever made me feel like that!! Also, I love how you included Dazai's reactions to things (and lack thereof) and made them feel so canon! I actually like the calm and almost checked out way he was acting through most of the video, so I'm glad he didn't start to have a panic attack or something. This was SO good!!! One of the best and most canon videos I’ve seen yet. And it interesting that as the reaction continue to progress his eyes got darker and empty the more we got into topics like his past. Their designs are lovely. Facial expressions are on point. They aren’t too chatty and not chatty enough, their talking was just right. Kinda wondering why kenji wasn’t there, too innocent I assume? And all the mafia depictions were perfect!!! And I also like how they actually payed attention to the video instead of just staring blankly and missing vital info. It makes me want to cry from reactions like these, or visibly want to throw up. The people who can make reactions, always manage to capture the characters story or feelings without making it cringe but making you FEEL how they would in this situation, from capturing dazais eyes, i cam see pure trauma and him thinking, “when will this be over?” You captured emotions perfectly and in my opinion, this is what they would actually be saying. I dont comment often on reactions, but this one ACTUALY deserves a comment that can hopefully make the readers day. I loved this! The only thing I would comment on is the abuse cycle. Although some things about Mori's and Dazai's relationship is implied, like experimentation, Dazai's abuse towards akutagawa didn't necessarily come from Mori. In an interview (I think) the author stated Dazai already thought akutagawa was strong yet treated him like that because Dazai's approval was his reason to live. + Dazai believed treating him like that would lead to akutagawa growing stronger (enough to survive in the port mafia, I guess). +Mori couldn't have really controlled/manipulated Dazai cuz lwk Dazai just wouldn't let him. (I haven't watched the anime in awhile) But I believe most of Dazai's hatred for him formed after odasaku's death. Tldr: Dazai could have been abused by Mori, but he didn't necessarily train akutagawa that way because his relationship with Mori
Sorry for the expo dump a lot of the fandom just uses hyperbole while explaining Dazai and Mori's relationship. Leading to many people reducing Mori's character into a shallow 'villain' 😭 and not focusing on other much more abusive relationships (cough Mori and Yosano)

I loved this! The only thing I would comment on is the abuse cycle. Although some things about Mori's and Dazai's relationship is implied, like experimentation, Dazai's abuse towards akutagawa didn't necessarily come from Mori. In an interview (I think) the author stated Dazai already thought akutagawa was strong yet treated him like that because Dazai's approval was his reason to live. + Dazai believed treating him like that would lead to akutagawa growing stronger (enough to survive in the port mafia, I guess).
+Mori couldn't have really controlled/manipulated Dazai cuz lwk Dazai just wouldn't let him. (I haven't watched the anime in awhile) But I believe most of Dazai's hatred for him formed after odasaku's death.
Tldr: Dazai could have been abused by Mori, but he didn't necessarily train akutagawa that way because his relationship with Mori
Sorry for the expo dump a lot of the fandom just uses hyperbole while explaining Dazai and Mori's relationship. Leading to many people reducing Mori's character into a shallow 'villain' 😭 and not focusing on other much more abusive relationships (cough Mori and Yosano)
Yeah, that’s why I kind of made the abuse cycle part not so physically abusive, but more about how he treated akutagawa and his emphasis on “the reason to live” 😌

ok this was actually so good my only complain is that they didnt learn abt the demon prodigy but thats okay. I hate how people make atsushi when he sees his kill count. like atsushi should act like this, thinking things like that. If you found out your best friend, someone you trusted killed a bunch of people and had a crimelist longer than the 6 ft Kenji's under you would act the same way.
