Fuckin sweet. Even at their age, they just stay in the pocket and are tight as ever. And Jens sounds so damn good still. I don't think I've ever heard them perform anything live that didn't sound exactly like the record.

The concert over all was quite unbelievable. I'm really glad that the opening act was Zeal & Ardor and that they were given a solid hour for their performance. Meshuggah is mind blowing. Still, after all these years, their crushing live sound is absolutely devastatingly beautiful. Personally, experiencing Meshuggah up so close at the legendary Olympia Theatre is on another level of an emotional admiration.
My days of getting into pit are long gone 😁 But I highly recommend it!
I’m 50 and will be attending my first Meshuggah show in September. Can’t fucking wait either.
Took a long time for me to totally get into them but I’m so looking forward to seeing them!

@@alee7275 I don’t know why it took so long for me to get into them!!!!! I started listening when Obzen came out because everyone went nuts over Bleed. I’d play a song or two then turn it off😂
Now it’s about all I listen to. Some crazy shit going on and I don’t think I appreciated it like I do now.
