Quite a bit similar working in the medical field, i could talk to friends and doctors about cases, crazy shit that happened, a bad drug interaction, what was found up someones rectum.. just normal everyday fun stuff. But names, and other things that could identify someone are off limits. Explaining a tattoo on someone and their medical condition is a gray area, as it could be unique and noticeable. Just depends really.
