I love the "can't cheat your way out of this one" from Rachel. It's just so ridiculous, yes, Mike used to take the exams for others, but SHE WANTED TO CHEAT for the exam.

For me the best Mock Trial scene is when Louis Litt goes full beast mode while Crossing Donna... that scene is forever etched in my mind for an amazing acting lesson provided by Rick Hoffman
The third one was already a mistrial by the second "witness", Harvey introduced evidence without providing it to the defense and it wasn't real. Fabricated evidence brought up in trial without being added to the docket is pretty much a zero win game for the prosecution.
That first mock trial set up so much. Mike was a rookie and naive he had to learn how to be a better lawyer. But harvey and jessica had become so focused on winning they were losing site on why they became lawyers in first place. And by the end u see the influence they had on each other
My issue with the affidavit that they never saw him is that, yeah, he never went to class, they wouldve never seen mike ross except on tests and thats not enough for memory so that would help solidify mikes statement too.

First time I have ever seen Suits. I did not know any of the characters but recognized Meghan, Prince Harry's wife. I thought it was a nice twist in this series to have these mock trials. Having to bring your best work as a lawyer and win whilst at the same time revealing all the dirt or goodness of your workmates and Law Firm. Brings out the emotional side of all the lawyers and partners. Very interesting.
But to be fair, in the context of the show, they do always come up with settlement offers on the spot right before trial starts, so Im unsure why this would be any different.
I just finished 1st season, and the only thing which annoys me is how everyone is like “ Harvard Harvard Harvard” i mean, the guy is smarter than 95% of the people in the room so just let it be.
