I rate your coverage of this area of regeneration as the best on You Tube at the moment - keep them coming! I am not from Huddersfield but my son lives nearby in Honley so he and the family use Huddersfield quite a lot!

Next year we have a 30 day blockade which will provide some additional footage.
Deighton station earthworks is known locally as E3 earthworks.
Deighton station will have a new drop off point with a turnaround access from Whitacre Street.
Hill House sidings will be brought back into use with 4 new sidings lines.
Bridge will be jacked to make clearance for new rolling stock and electrification.
One of the biggest features is the new Ravensthorpe flyover.

Hillhouse sidings will also be used as a temporary station for Huddersfield while that is closed for the upgrade work. Unsure of dates yet

Cool! Used to live close by at Woodhouse Mill cottage many years ago.The expansion of the trackbed here looks pretty close to where the junction to Kirkburton used to split and head over Leeds Road & The Canal
I think you're right. I'm not really familiar with the Kirkburton route, but I've had a glance at an old map and you look to be spot on

Brilliant footage again. And thank you for posting more on screen information. I'm from Huddersfield but because these works are so extensive it's difficult to recognise places east of Huddersfield station sometimes 🤔 I've just subscribed.
Planning on sending my new drone over the works at Deighton and Heaton Lodge soon to look
That will be really interesting to see. There are just a couple of bits where you can't really get an idea of what's happening from ground level, so an overhead view would show the progress well.
