Indian Chicken Curry || Simple Chicken Curry For Bachelors and Beginners - With English Subtitles

- Indian Chicken Curry is an amazing and Delicious yet simple recipe made using basic ingredients which will be very helpful to Bachelors and Beginners So let's begin the process
METHOD
1.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon and to it add
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1
Black peppercorn - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Saute for 15 seconds
2.Now add chopped onion - 2 medium sized and fry till they turn brown in colour
3.Add ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon and fry till raw smell disappears
4.Add chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized and salt - 1 teaspoon cook till tomatoes turn smooth
5.Now add
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Saute for a minute
6.Now add yogurt - 2 tablespoon and mix well
7.Add green chilies - 2 and mix well and saute
8.Now add chicken - 1/2 kilo and mix well and saute
9.Add little water and let it cook for 5 minutes
10.Then add water - 1 cup and mix well
To it add
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Few coriander and mint leaves
11.When this boils then lower the flame and cook till chicken turns tender.
12.Simple and easy chicken curry is ready
13.Have it with roti or rice or pulao

Been making this recipe since college (7 years). When I make it there are some things I do differently. I marinade the chicken with not just adrak lasan and haldi but also white vinegar. Then when I heat the oil in addition to jeera, black pepper corns, cloves, and cardamom I also add a small stick of cinnamon and some bay leaves. I cook mine pretty much following everything else in the video but I add chopped cilantro at the end. When I don’t have fresh tomatoes (especially during exams) I use tomato sauce. Works just as well. This is one of my favorite and longest standing recipes ever. Thank you for showing me how to make this, will continue to watch more of your channel!

On the contrary it is you who made our day happier. We had a guest today and had to make a quick dish.
