Believing in yourself means having faith in your own capabilities. It means believing that you CAN do something - that it is within your ability. When you believe in yourself, you can overcome self-doubt and have the confidence to take action and get things done.

Spend time with power people. If you spend time with ppl who are ambitious and motivated, their go- getting attitude will unconsciously influence you. 2) Project confidence everywhere you go. Prove to people you believe in your own ideas. 3) Mental fitness. Is your brain" s ability to cope with negative situations. 4) Do not be a people pleaser? A " no" will get you more respect than a " yes" ever will. 5) Be honest. Do you trust yourself? Most ppl don" t. Most people undermine every decision they make. They don' t trust and believe in themselves bcz deep down they are afraid to be honest. Not with others but with themselves. Most ppl wud lie to themselves than face the honest truth. But thats where psychological power comes from. You gain confidence, ambition and motivation by digging deep into who you really are. That means asking yourself difficult questions. It means pushing yourself beyond your emotional comfort zone and identifying your weaknesses. Bcz no matter what those weaknesses are, you can grow and improve. You can become a stronger individual. But first you need to challenge your emotions and identify your flaws. Otherwise that trust will always be broken. 6) Find solutions

You gotta "gain" ( you/everybody have it kinda already) experience that you have control of everything that exist.
