I see you got another nice grilling toy for yourself, looks like you will be enjoying that very soon. I'm cooking ribs, chicken, burgers and brats right this moment. Enjoy the holiday and thanks again Dski ❤👍🏾. P.S. I'm so ready for my trip to Texas in a few weeks !!!
Did something very similar. Bought Bincho Grill and Binchotan off amazon after watching Yakitoriguy's excellent videos haha. Thanks for this video review!
Nice video! In the charcoal box, it says it is from Namibia, so maybe the wood is Sekelbos. Very hard, dense, African sun dried, usually used for braai, live fire cooking. The wood gives a lot of heat indeed and burns long, not the easiest to ignite, I imagine how much more heat the charcoal gives. Probably not to the level of Japanese binchotan (i never used, too expensive and difficult to find) but it will do the job! Good luck and thanks for the content!
LOVE me some yakitori. I have a small Mibrasa grill from Spain. SUPERB quality. But VERY expensive. The equivalent size to the one you have tested here, D-Ski, would run about $650. But these types of grills, which used to be ceramic and just boxes, have come so far: air flow improved, stainless steel….. Been cooking on Japanese style binchotan charcoal for 25 years, when I first saw it used in Japan. Bought 12 boxes of various grades of charcoal about 15 years ago, and with the extinguishing pot, have got through only about half of it, since I use regular lump charcoal for smoking and grilling on the Weber Summit, or various other charcoal grills. But, man, I think I have to break down and get “just one more” grill (DON’T TELL MY WIFE!). Looking at the YAK GRILLS and this brand. Both look superb. TERRIFIC VID, as usual, D-ski!
@@surfingonmars8979 You sound way too much like me. Lol 😂 I do my best work when the Wife goes out of town. Try not to get into too much trouble though. Take care.
@@DskiGrillz She has said a dozen times, “is that a new (surf)board,” to which I respond, “oh, this old thing?” Mind you I did not lie and say no, but she never notices that it is without a scratch and has no wax on it. Like grills and handguns and motorcycles, ya gotta make your move when the wife is not watching!
Love the new Toy!! My challenge is cleaning. Once it’s used and has all the delicious flavors around keeping looking new is gone. I am a huge fan of the traditional Webber and the black color because it always looks great. Is it dish washer safe?
I am just now discovering Yakitori! I will be so interested in your future posts involving Yakitori cooking! The sauces, tare, have me a bit intimidated!
Hell yeah, nice grill. Enjoy

Can't wait to see this thing in action. Cheers, Jim
Excited for your cooks on it coming up!
I'm going to Yakitori between baskets on my kettle. Happy Memorial Day.

@@DskiGrillz Will do. Waiting for the wife to take a trip with her gf’s and I can sneak it in, along with another surfboard and a motorcycle! LOL

How many times can you say Bincho in 16 minutes??? hahaha 2,864 !!!!! great video DSKI
This grill looks a bit like our "fornacella". Here, especially in the center of Italy (Abruzzo region) , we use them to grill sheep skewers.

Great point. It is dishwasher safe but I find soaking in dish water to be more effective. Thanks for checking out the video.

It’s not that difficult. I will make sure to post more videos very soon.
Does the bincho grill rust on the inside?
So far so good. No rusting. Thanks for checking out the video.
Space between two metal bars is so small. Not a well thought design. Overall it doesn’t look solid product. I will pass. Thank you for unboxing.
