@@zephyrindark yeah i dont have that much time cuz of family and full time job So i can gear properly just one spec and bm monk is my favourite. I still can get to 2,6k Rio in 3 weaks any time but bm monk feels more squishi then in df.
@@lumicka6046 I feel you, friend :( Equinox is an amazing Monk player, you probably know him - he makes the spec look good. Otherwise yeah, if you stick to the spec you love, you just wait until it's buffed... Sometimes it takes a long time. I might play some Lightsmith Prot Pala after the buffs hoping that it doesn't oom faster than a Chain Heal spamming Shaman lol

That brings a smile to my face :D 1. You need a tank in the group that survives without a healer - this season, Guardian and BDK can do that. Guardian is better for a bunch of reasons. If you reach high keys, you could pug a tank more often (but I doubt most people can handle it - high skill ceiling). 2. The most important role afterwards is Ret Pala. That's the consistent spot healer of the group. Best stats for ret in a no healer comp are heavily stacked crit and as much versatility as you can get. Then you get Enhance for lust and utility + they're really good off-healers with great mana efficiency, however their heals don't scale with missing HP. Ret can support the tank better + they have a million emergency CDs. Then Spriest comes last with the most amazing burst window potential. Vampiric Embrace is the strongest healing cooldown you can have along with crazy ST damage nuke and good self-sustain - the best part about it is that your team doesn't lose damage to heal with it. 5th slot depends on dungeon - could be warlock for a key like Siege with consistent magic dispels on last boss, or an extra ret pala, an extra spriest is great on mists, aug evoker in general but it's heavily gear dependent and I'm still not sure how needed or consistent it is. I'll be making an in-depth guide soon on how to play without a healer. I already have a google doc with lots of information and talent builds.

Interesting question. To answer broadly, I will be showing how to do the highest keys possible this season without a healer. It's what I do every season I play. I got to top 0.1% in Dragonflight season 1 playing without a healer, done some world rank 14 keys as well. So it won't be just Mists. We pugged and timed +10 NW without a healer a few days ago. 3 people were pugs. We also have bad gear still. But anyway, playing without a healer has advantages. Healers have downtime when they don't have anything to heal. Their damage isn't even close to what DPS or even tanks do. As long as everyone is skilled and can survive, a hybrid comp can be way more efficient in timing high keys than a normal group. It just requires 5 skilled players and a strategy. It's also super fun, way more fast-paced and it enables you to use all of your class's buttons. Not just 1 2 3 DPS rotation. Expect more challenging high keys without a healer in the future.
Also, the rotation is slightly different. I try to reset Lunar Beam with this build way more often and it weakens my DPS a lil bit. And yes, Mists is easy but some things still slap you really hard especially with the gear that I had + the fact that it's an 11 without a healer on the first week.

I remember back in SL there was a season at early start like week 2 or 3, the prot warrior can do the same with no healer. Then it got nerfed to the ground next week. Because blizzard does not want you to play like that way.
True, I don't like their philosophy because it takes away from class fantasy and freedom of choice to play however you want. It limits playstyles and makes the game unfun as a whole.

I played & streamed every day of Dragonflight season 1 pugging as prot pala up until the moment they introduced Aug evoker in season 2 and I quit after they nerfed paladin multiple times because of my no healer runs - x.com/EllesmereGaming/status/1665563096205733888 there were a lot of twitter posts & drama that forced those nerfs
I even inspired Zmok to start doing no healer runs again and I've been theorycrafting it hard since DF season 1, although it started in Shadowlands on an amateur level for me. Nerfmeta also did it at some point doing some insanely high keys and we got it all nerfed
There ras a plan from blizz to nerf tank self-healing to make healers mandatory in keys no? So they failed once again.... and this tank is not even blood DK

Check my gear raider.io/mythic-plus-runs/season-tww-1/1572544-11-mists-of-tirna-scithe I tanked a +10 before that with 597 ilvl or less and 577 trinkets, no enchants, no consumables. The dungeon still slaps considering those factors, even if it's one of the easier ones
