😂In my opinion, Aug needs a rework to not make it a "must have" in high key groups due to the defensive boost it provides. It's boring when it always takes away 1 slot from the team composition.

@@Yuta9997 I have and they should still nerf Fury.. I did 6 mil burst on the first pack in Stonevault with lust yesterday, Blade Storm is way too powerful and it should be removed or nerfed by atleast 90%

How much of your healing is coming from After the Wildfire? Am I correct in assuming the only way this even works is because you're able to pull so many things you essentially have infinite rage and can spam IF as fast as the server tic rate allows?
It's true that bigger pulls allow me to proc the 300 rage Wildfire more often. But no, it's not why this works. It's not a crazy talent but it helps out with topping people sometimes. It's 5th in overall healing, doing around 11% (125M in numbers). 50% of it overheals mainly on the others. Does like 100k HPS sustained. Max normal hits 1.26M, Critical hits 2M.
This works because I know how to rotate my defensives and I'm playing Bristling Fur + 2nd Survival Instincts + Barkskin and Survival Instincts cooldown reduction talents.
What addons are you using, that map addon looks super useful. Also ur a legit gamer man 🔥

What's the addon for the dmg numbers with the skill icons?
Nameplate Scrolling Combat Text. But it is a lot of clutter that sometimes makes you miss important details or interrupts. I won't be using it soon when I fix my UI.

Just nerf them so hard so we can go back to Classic/TBC times and healers have to go oom and spam heal tanks every second, as they get one-shot in high keys LUL
@@zephyrindark Or maybe just focus on getting the design fundamentals of the dungeons first and then rebalance accordingly? We are experiencing the worst m+ season of all time. Tanks don't require healing for the most part, damage is too spiky and on short intervals. We're shifted survivability too much on the DPS, when we know most DPS don't even have the brainpower to press their interrupt skill sometimes. Bring back Legion m+-
@@zephyrindark not that, tanks are meant to smooth damage taken (compare to spiky damage taken on a dps), but being able to recover the whole fight and survive on such a difficult level is not what supposed to happen
Are those paladins have talent for 2% healing for party members for each divine storm? It can be 6% max hp heal every time for each cast of divine storm, that’s insane xD

I've been doing 11s since 617 as prot paladin. The character is squishier than other tanks but it's perfectly doable.

It was just to make the Templar hero talent tree playable. The real buff is in the off-healing / defensives provided.

@@nonye0 Herald of the Sun is more based on "healing over time effects", so it's less efficient in burst topping people (+ mitigation). If WoG says it does 600k healing, then Eternal Flame will do 400k + 200k over 20 seconds. So normal WoG is actually better as we have to spam it sometimes and we want all of the healing at once. Templar also makes Wake of Ashes give you a 10% max HP shield and Hammer of Light heals you for 5% max HP + 1% for every mob hit. When Empyrean Hammer crits, enemies hit by it deal 5% reduced damage to you. You also receive 20% less damage from Blessing of Sacrifice onto others.

@@Ratatoeskrrr yeah and those defensives are likely going to get targeted because as we know, blizzard REALLY dosen't like it when healers are excluded from higher keys. Granted, at least this time it's just an 11 and not a top 50 key in the world (yet), but my point is still kinda there. I should also add yeah gaurdians on the block too likely.

In an interview before tww they said that every class needs defensives for delves and open world content and they see no need in changing that for m+. Let's see. I would argue anyways, a lot of classes are pretty tanky. The main problem is the guardian offheal. I dunno why they nerfed DKs deathstrike so hard, when it was a solo heal for himself, but guardian is running around,healing himself and the group.
I reeeeally hope blizz nerfs the aoe healing of tanks,but reverts selfsustain changes for tanks themselves, as most really struggle to keep themselves alive

@Ratatoeskrrr most of the AoE guardian healing is overhealing on other people, it only procs at 300 rage spent which is nerfed from before, and the healing on it isn't amazing but it works, it's decent and imo shouldn't be changed as it's perfectly tuned. I've even considered not taking it

Some people like you just complain for any little reason. It's why the game is so full of "nerf culture" and people have to reroll constantly to be taken into keys. MMORPGs should be about freedom of choice and being able to pursue a diversity of fun playstyles that give you options in customizing your character.
Also, the whole game is currently being balanced around healers. If they keep nerfing everyone else's defensives and off-healing, content will completely depend on how good your healer is, and that will ruin pugs.
I also want to prove you don't have to follow what the pros are doing as long as you can make your own viable playstyle.
I also don't do this simply for easy views. While it is a part of the reason as it is niche content, I've tried to do this for a long time. I've always been a PvPer and after I rerolled from Warrior to Paladin, I realized I'm a hybrid spec and I don't have to play like a Warrior. I can switch between bursting and then healing. I played double DPS and even saw 2x Ret + DK in arena and I was captivated. It looked like so much fun and it was. The game becomes way faster paced and intense without a healer, you have way more responsibility as a player, you use more of your buttons / class kit. It offers crazy advantages as long as you can make up on the defensive side.
In BFA, I did it a little in Mythic+. In Shadowlands, I tried making it a viable strategy for high keys, but I couldn't find the people to team up with me. In Dragonflight, I streamed and sat in queue everyday with people ridiculing me and not believing that I can heal them as much as a healer can. I pugged all the way to top 0.1% as Prot Paladin with a special build and got it nerfed heavily 2 seasons in a row. I quit when I couldn't do it anymore.
Now, as a Guardian Druid, I can't do the same thing. It's way harder and we all have to heal ourselves. We are also doing less damage because we have to play certain builds, items and sacrifice damage for healing.
