    Great class but.......No one was bothered by the fact the instructor was touching her? I'm very liberal and I think it's great to involve contact but I felt uncomfortable watching how he touched her all over.😮

      agree, especially the slap on the thigh at @16:09 min was absolutely unnecessary :/

    Nice class and very enthusiastic comments but I have a doubt about breathing . Usually exhale while contract the Muscle. In box variation your breathing technic is different . Why?

      @@nijanthannija1427 Thank you for the interaction. I always appreciate a good Pilates chat. BASI believes in today’s society we need more back extensor work, so we inhale on the up phase to extend the back and activate the posterior line a bit more. Just trying to do a small part in fixing today’s poor postural habits from texting and too much computer work🫶
