Hi peter. Silent watcher here. Thank you for sharing your journey. Ive been on my own since december 27th. I was extremely uncomfortable with myself and tbh was probably killing myself. Ive currently lost 75lbs. Which im pretty happy about. I love that you tell us about your struggles and your good moments. They really help me feel like im not alone. Lots of love
I enjoy the weekly! I get feeling repetitive but I enjoy hearing what you did and what you are doing, journaling, work outs food, etc. I love going out to eat eithmy friends. Sometimes I eat something high in protein before I go out so I don't over do it on restaurant food. That way I can get something I like, eat smaller amounts of it, and not feel super hungry or that I am missing out
As someone who watches every week no matter what I really enjoy these videos. Especially since you’ve changed your mindset and are happy to lose, maintain and are ok if you gain. That’s very inspiring to a lot of people, myself included. I’m so happy you are getting a walking pad!! It honestly changed my life, and I walk every single day because I have that. Keep going Peter you will reach your goals 💙
I do look forward to these videos every week and find myself sad when you miss them for like vacations etc. idk it’s comforting in a way? If you don’t mind filming them I will definitely keep watching. I do make an effort to watch these specific videos of yours on this channel. But do what makes you feel best!

I love these videos and don't find them repetitive at all. However, if you could include tips on how you stay motivated to not give up, or the things you find are most helpful AND fun to do exercise-wise, or if there's a food or drink you gave up that helped for you to lose weight. I'm having issues with staying motivated. I know that depression, as well as my toxic living situation isn't helping. But any tips or tricks to overcome those obstacles would help... especially from someone else who seems to have the same, or similar, issues with weight loss and food addiction. THANKS 😊
I'm coming into these videos late but they really feel like motivational speeches in a way. I'm on a journey and of course I want to lose weight but its more than that. I suffer from food addiction and emotional eating and it's so hard. But I like these videos. They remind me that im tryjng to make a lifestyle change not a quick fix. I didn't get this overnight and I can't change it overnight either.
i enjoy the weekly videos just because i’m also on a weight loss journey and i like knowing thursday is weight loss video and friday is movie club video lol im a creature of habit and enjoy the routine but if you’d like to take a break from videos until you get your personal trainer and nutritionist then im okay with that of course lol id love to hear what they have to say

I live in rural WI, and the roads here are pretty bad, snowing, and even after a simple rain shower. I'm also very large, so my joints hurt a lot in the cold, and I was struggling to find something to help me move. Over the years, I have done DDPY yoga, which is very helpful and low intensity. Also, a vibrating plate has brought me so much energy. Every morning, I wake up and do 10 minutes on the vibrating plate, and it helps my joints, hips, and even my back pain. There have been a lot of studies on blood flow after using a vibrating plate and how better a person's circulation gets. My head is clearer, and I don't get the shakes so much.
I say whatever works best for you that you can maintain. Do I like the weekly videos with what you’re talking about? Yes. Does what you’re talking about also sound helpful? Also yes. ❤

Walking for 20 minutes is better than walking for zero minutes. I live next door in OH and the weather has been rainy and humid and gross for the past week. I like the weekly videos but understand why you feel like every two weeks might be better. I'll watch either way.
Accountability is a big factor, I think. These videos aren't your "moneymakers" to you, so if you want to use them to make a living record for yourself then I totally get it.
Repetition is important because it sets a good/consistent example we can learn from! It means you’re doing the damn thing, please continue to update weekly 🩷

Well, I’m a creature of habit, for a lot of things…….so, if I go somewhere to eat and find something I like, I will order it 99.9% of the time. So, your health journey every week does not bother me at all. I would say if you think it’s redundant/boring every week, maybe just give us a rundown of what you did during the week and just say a short sentence or two about your health journey. But whatever you decide to do, I’ll watch! 💙🫶🏻💙🫶🏻💙

I agree and I think it lets that new weight level settle in and stay. I’ve been that way and I am glad that it never goes up.
