I have already experienced death anxiety for 1 whole year it was like hell to me each night b4 gng to sleep i used to feel whether i can see tomorrow morning or not i was damn scared during that time nd when i c ppl planning their future that really scares me i used to feel that i dont hav any future nd this all happened bcz of black magic one of my aunt she did black magic to me it was all negative energy which was making me think like that getting scary horrible nightmares but now i cured myself and also got treatment frm diff astrologers now um living my life without any fear Alhamdullillah...

I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while now. This is wonderful, I kinda saw a huge water fall then I saw purple and pink lights through it. I saw a deer drinking from the water. He saw me came to me I petted his head.

As weird as it sounds, I legit got a laugh attack at like 5-8min in. 😂
Then I started thinking, "I'm must not be doing this right" and then I thought, "it is for positivity though..." and then I just let all the giggles out.
After that, I actually had a LOT more positive energy than going in. I was in bad shape mentally and this definitely helped me whether I actually meditated or not.

Try this first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up, before doing anything. Sit up, let’s crossed, back straight, head balanced, eyes closed. Focus on only the sound. It may take a couple of tries but if you do it right, you can get your consciousness to slip where the sound becomes almost real. Almost like you are the sound l. It’s truly an amazing feeling. Better then drugs IMO, 😆

I get stressed out a lot so I just listen to this music to help my mind focus on relaxing. Plus I pretend I'm in a beautiful part of the woods with lots of butterflies and a beautiful fountain decked with lily pads and fireflies. Also this music brings me back good memories.

Thank you so much for this one! I wanted to do this meditation just to remove negative energy but instead I got to meet my dad who died 4 months ago. I also saw my grandparents and their dog. It was such a loving and comforting experience. I cried tears of happiness throughout the whole meditation and I usually never cry. Bless you all 🙏
