Am I the only one rewatching this video again and again until the album's finally out? Can't really tell how often I watched "King" and "Boilermaker" on UA-cam so far...
Strike Thunder Demon Gaming they've been in the studio doing some songs but now they're touring as a break, but are also getting a feel for the songs off of people
i remember hearing about them and how they're new and thinking "ugh, let's give it a shot ig" and i hate my past self for thinking that because they're so phenomenal
i first saw them on a video playing at Reading and Leeds and they played Figure It Out and when the song kicked in after the build up it blew my mind. They're insane

Boilermaker is gonna be on the album but king isnt. People think it may have been renamed but i doubt it since the vibe is very different to Trouble’s Coming and Typhoons. I dont think king would fit right on the album :(

Use to listen to this and other stuff like kero kero bonito and later that year tlts "zero one" album. Was so happy when Typhooons came out and kept listening. One guy at my table asked me what I was listening to and I showed him and he Sayed he liked it :)
Florian Honer that piano bridge thing was pretty progressive, I also said stepping into it, this isn’t 9/8 or anything complex but that one part definitely had some progressive tendencies especially

Just like I guessed that they will add synths and other vocals in future. Otherwise with two instruments they will repeat over and over and their space for experiments is very limited.
Yeah, they needed to add some new elements to the mix to continue growing and I think they are doing so staying in the roots of their sound, which is great IMO.
I like how this person wanted to get Royal blood's music out there for people, but I really feel like the quality almost ruined the song for me. Thanks gain for getting it out there, but note for the future, please use a better audio recording to dub over the video.
Got to be honest I don’t really like this or boilermaker. I understand them wanting to go in a new direction so they don’t become bland, but I don’t think this was the right direction. I personally think the riffs aren’t “scary” as mike described but rather ugly and I honestly kinda hate them. Scary done right is out of the black, which not only sounds scary but is actually good and fun to listen to. These new stuff aren’t really doing anything for me, but that’s just my opinion.
I think we are going to have to accept that nothing will ever hit as hard as the entire of the first album did. Second album had some great songs like lights out and I only lie when I love you so I think it will be a similar story again with a lot of cool sounding songs but only a few really good songs unlike the first album where literally every song was great.
Sean Wald I agree with the opinion about boilermaker, as it doesn't intrigue me as much as King. But, King has a similar feel to ten tonne skeleton and shes creeping IMO, while still being its own song, which is perfect
