Steph, I can't tell you how many notes I am taking from you and the way you keep your home. I am a new wife and God willing will be a mother someday too
I look forward to all your videos each week & let me tell you they have helped me relax through some very tough times! Thank you! ❤ I have learned a lot and I finally took the plung with the sourdough starter, I'm currently on day 8! 🙌
My thyroid got burnt out working nights/rotating shifts in emergency response during covid! Took ages to work out what was wrong - all sorts of strange symptoms. Doctor wanted to put me on meds for the rest of my life and instead I quit that job. I tried asking him if it could be related to working stressful shiftwork and he just looked at me blankly. Six months of good sleep and rest later, symptoms and blood work back to normal 😅
Funny how they are so quick to dismiss stress as a cause - but it’s real!! Especially in healthcare, basically all of my night shift coworkers had a lot of health problems and some extra weight, it’s so hard the body. So glad you were able to leave that job and heal!
Steph I did similar,I doubled all our favourite recipes and got them stored in our chest freezer. We had alot of soups like potato&leek, roasted tomatoes and pepper, pea and ham and alot of stew, Currys, chill, Bolognese and some seasoned meats ready for the oven/slow cooker it was such a relief when baby was born and I knew myself ,husband and 3 kids could eat proper food! I was thankful of my past self 🤣 I'm so excited for you 🎉
I wish I had more information on cloth diapering when my kids were little. It was so much trial and error for me. I was finally able to get the hang of it. I love the upside down cat during the diapering demonstration😂. So cute!
I made the cinnamon rolls on Friday! My first use of my sourdough! They turned out wonderfully and my husband adores them! Thank you Steph, for simplifying sourdough and sharing your recipes with us. ❤
Good luck with having the baby it’s a long long time ago that I had my first one he is now 56 l love him and his sister so they have given me four lovey Grandchildren between them who are my pride and joy my granddaughter gets married next year in April so I’m looking forward to being a great great grandma all the best Steph hope to see you soon with baby in tow ❤️😘😘❤️
You appear stunning, and may both you and the baby be blessed during the delivery. I fully understand your demonstration on diapering using a doll. There are some real strange people out in our world right now. Regarding MLM, I wholeheartedly agree.🙋🏻♀️❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Our stories are SO similar!❤ from living together before marriage and I ended up pregnant during the wedding planning!😂 it was a huge struggle, but made us stronger now..also we had a vasectomy and then a reversal too, still praying and praying for baby #3 ❤
I love your content and I really enjoy how you just launch right into your content without a long intro!! it's so easy and relaxing to watch. Thank you and God Bless your lovely family
My husband and I also had a civil union and then 12 years after we had a sacramental union. We celebrate 2 anniversaries, as well. I’m going try the cinnamon rolls this weekend My grandma used the thread when she made hers too.
I made your pasta recipe today for our lasagna. And your sourdough dumplings for chicken dumplings. Both are de-lish! Im loving any sourdough discard recipes. Thank you!
Prayers for a great next few weeks before baby, a joyous homebirth delivery, and smooth postpartum recovery for you too🙏🏻 I love your opinions, please never stop sharing them! Whether it’s MLMs, homemade food tips, health products, or vasectomies 😅❤ I agree with you on so much! Case in point: my holistic doc is starting me on vitex to help my cycle as preconception work (I’m mid 20s and will be married 4 years this month, with him for 8, also didn’t do things the way I should’ve, thank God He had a plan all along) and I’m so so happy I saw your video from a while back when it was first released. I’m hopeful. All things work for His glory. ❤😊 God bless you and yours, Steph!
Yumm!! The short food clips in the beginning have me drooling already!😅 Love that you celebrate both anniversaries!💕 Your husband's meal and dessert choice is right up my alley!!
My husband and i have been together 14 years as well (married for 3), and we had carrot cake made by my mother on our wedding day. My aunt made pies for the guests and the cake was just for us. It was mostly all we ate on our honeymoon! So very scrumptious.
ILOVE your channel so glad I found it!! Thanks for sharing Earthley. I have ordered several things and love them, I think they are really helping. I love the cleaning past 🤗🤗. Thanks again for everything.
I'd love to know the story of how you came to the decision to enter the Sacrament of Marriage. I was confirmed at age 40 (age 69 now!) my husband was Catholic but had fallen away just after we married in 1972. A year after my Confirmation my husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary with a Sacramental Marriage and most recently our 50th anniversary with another re-dedication and thanksgiving Mass. It is a beautiful experience to be drawn by the Holy Spirit to immerse ourselves fully into the Church.
Congratulations!!! I was actually born and raised Catholic but unfortunately the faith was not modeled in my Catholic schools so I left as an adult and just recently returned. We were sacramentally married before I left though 😊
A little hint from a grandma… I used cloth diapers on my kids. My mom tore an old frayed sheet up in strips and made liners for the diaper. When they are dirty you can throw it away, if wet just throw in the wash and reuse. Keeps diapers from staining and easier for you.
I just recently started watching your videos…& I’m loving it!!! Have never heard of wool as a covering!!!! They probably don’t even make rubber pants anymore!!🤔. I’m past that stage in life! 😊
Hello! I came upon your channel a few days ago while researching sourdough. I’ve subbed because your videos are calm and peaceful and also very informative. I wholeheartedly agree with your statement at the end of this video and have recently pared the channels I follow way down, for that very reason. I definitely do not need any additional stress in my life. Congrats on your channel and keep up the great work. 😊
Very much looking forward to your video on planning for baby! We are trying fit our 3rd now. God willing I hope to have my first home birth and would love more information on the topic.
I would love love love a full cloth diaper video, especially since you do flats! I'm having my first in April and I'm planning to do half flats, half pockets. My mom is sewing all of the diapers for me 🥰

I just made your cinnamon rolls!! Quick and easy! I had a 2 year old little guy helping…;) He loves to bake with Nana.❤ This morning I made a pitcher of Horchata so that was added to powdered sugar, vanilla and a little cinnamon for the frosting. So good!! Thank u!!
I’ve recently just found you and my goodness, I’m so happy I did! You are such a bundle of energy. I love how peaceful I feel watching you and your nonjudgmental delivery of information. You are a blessing to me. Thank you and I hope you have a peaceful, happy, blessed delivery. ❤. Do you mind saying what that black liner you have on your countertop when you were rolling out dough? That looks so tidy and makes cleanup so easy I imagine.
There is just something so calming with your content. I feel safe, anyway, slowly getting the courage to take on making my own starter and take on sourdough
Hello!! Just a note to let you know I had terrific success with the cinnamon rolls! Just frosted them (California 5 pm Thursday 2/1). Bread unsuccessful to date. I’m adding more flour than water this week, starter is very active. Thank you for your step by step instructions and pictures!
I enjoy watching all your videos and I have learned a lot about sourdough! I tried your discard blueberry muffin and I think they are the best I have ever made. Thank you for all you share with us.
Watching you make all those lasagnas, wow!!! You're amazing, and I'm so thankful for your videos, recipes and tips. Praying your delivery goes smooth and well. Always sending love.
I would love to know your tips on staying consistent with a routine. We homestead and my oldest is only 3 and I have a 2 year old. We are homeschooling soon and I am already having a hard time with getting a routine that allows for scratch cooking, cleaning, and just general homesteading!!
My big kids are older so it’s a lot different than only having littles, and IMO it’s actually easier once you have more older kids who are helpers! I wrote a blog post last week on block scheduling for moms of littles and moms of bigs ❤️ hopewellheightsblog.com/how-to-create-a-stay-at-home-mom-routine-that-works/
Thank you for all you do to bring us this amazing content. I really enjoy your relaxed style and how easy you make it all look. I can't wait to try out some of your SD recipes. My house stays between 68-70, and I live in SE Texas in an old, drafty, cold house built in the 40's. My starter is just over 2 weeks old, and I think it's going to go in the fridge soon!! I've fed it every day, and it's now doubling each day. I've had it in a med size jar with a coffee filter on top with a rubber band so it can "breathe". I'm a little nervous about trying to make my first ever loaf of homemade bread in my 53 years. Lol
Lovely video, thank you very much for your beautiful, peaceful content. May I ask, what is that interesting tool you used to open your canned jar? I would be happy to know where to find one :)
I have seen carrot cake recipe calls for pineapple. I think that was a 1950s thing. I prefer wipe oan with butter and flour and parchment in bottom of pan. Majing a cake from scatch does't take much more time than box cake. Box cakes taste of chemicals to me. ❤ your vides😊

Hi thank you for your videos! I love them! Please please please do a cloth diaper video or a cloth diaper series. I’m pregnant with baby #4 and am looking to update my stash. I’d love your input.
I love your videos, wished you brought up the name of the liquid soap got no computer! I do anything to save money! Our economy is so bad!! Prayers on delivery! Love your kitchen, getting ready to start a sourdough starter!!
Could you do a video showing your schedule? I only saw one that included homeschooling (so far, maybe I missed it I haven’t seen all of your videos) time management seems to be the most challenging thing. 6 to 8 hours of homeschooling, takes up most of the day. To cut it down to less I feel would be cheating my kids out of an education.
I don’t use spray to oil my cake pans because I have to be gluten free and I haven’t found a spray that has gluten free option. I really like to use the flour butter and rice flour method though
My husband and I also had to have our marriage convaledated. I have been wondering would you be willing to do a video on meals you make for Lent? Congratulations on your anniversary and prayers for a safe delivery.
I’ve seen a video of yours about canning food, I’d love it if you can go into depth on how to do it. I will be praying for your pregnancy to be smooth and your baby to be healthy ❤❤❤
I adore your videos! Thrilled I found your channel! Your chicken Parmigiana recipe with a yeast Italian loaf was spectacular!❤ this to I shall try🙌🏻. Magic in the kitchen 🌟🌟🌟🌟
It is great to see someone cooking lasagna from scratch so good job! The only thing is that italiams don't eat that much garlic in fact the original lasagna sauce (ragu alla bolognese) does't call for any garlic. Most of the time, if we use it, we put it in a pan with some olive oil and then remove it. Because garlic has such a strong taste that it covers all the other ingredients. So you all should stop saying that italians eat so much garlic bealcause it isn't true 🤣 , it might be your preferenze but not something italian cuisine requires 😅
YOUR LOG WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY CALMING . AND LUV YOUR WAY OF COOKING .. AND THAT FOOT THAT OPENS THE OVEN DOOR BARE FOOTED. TEALLY CUTE THERE . I DO HOPE YOU HAVE A SAFE HAPPY DELIVERY OF YOUR BEAUTIFUL BABY . WHEN TIMES COMES . AND A HAPPY RECOVERY . AND HAVE LOTS OF HELP . WITH COOKING AND HOUSEWK . AND YOUR CHILDREN WILL GIVE LOTS OF HELP AS WITH .. AND YOU DO GET PLENTY OF RESTFUL PEAC3FUL MONENTS . CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE YOU AND THE BABY .. I NO IT WILL BE SO SWEET AND JUST LIKE ITS MAMA 😅😅 . TILL NEXT TIME I PRAY BLESSINGS OVER YOU AND YOURS AMEN !
Praying that you have a successful and peaceful delivery 🙏🏾🍼👶🏾

I find using a piece of fishing line works well, it does not come apart like dental floss and does not break as well.
