Blacks were doing great post the Civil Rights Movement both in education and entrepreneurship until the 70's and 80's. Drug were strategically placed in black communities...or shall I say the government did nothing to stop that flow of the drugs from foreign countries into the black community...not until it started to spread to white neighborhoods.
