How today election Commissioner gave the date of the election that Punjab will be on October 8. While said before that Governors will give the date. With which authority after the judgement of the Supreme Court he postponed the election by himself against the judgment of the Supreme court. Is election commission extend the duration of the interim government too. As there is no provision for it is in the constitution. Can an election commission amend the constitution.
